TERMSㅤ..OF..ㅤSERVICE
ExportM may update these Terms of Service whenever necessary to keep our policies clear and up to date. Don’t worry, any changes will not apply to ongoing commissions that have already been agreed upon, unless both you and ExportM agree otherwise.

(1.) By placing an order with ExportM, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms of Service stated below.

(2.) ExportM reserves the right to accept or decline any commission at our discretion. In certain cases, we may not be able to provide a detailed explanation for the decision.

(3a.) Production will begin once we receive a 50% deposit of the total agreed project price.

(3b.) The remaining 50% balance must be paid after you approve the final result and before we deliver the final files.

(3c.) Payments are accepted via QRIS, which supports most mobile banking apps and e-wallets with no additional admin fee from ExportM.

(4.) The estimated completion timeline may change if there are major revisions, delayed responses or approvals, additional requests, or circumstances beyond our control. We will do our best to keep you updated if any adjustment is needed.

(5a.) Every client receives up to three (3) free minor revisions.

(5b.) Minor revisions include small adjustments that do not change the main concept of the project, such as:
• Color adjustments
• Font changes
• Typo corrections
• Minor element repositioning
• Other small visual adjustments

(5c.) If the requested revision changes approximately 50% of the original concept or design, it will be considered a Major Revision. An additional fee of 25% of the total project price will apply.
Example:
• Project Price: Rp40,000
• Major Revision Fee: 25% × Rp40,000 = Rp10,000

(5d.) If you request a complete redesign or an entirely new concept after production has already started, an additional fee of 50% of the total project price will apply.
Example:
• Project Price: Rp40,000
• Complete Redesign Fee: 50% × Rp40,000 = Rp20,000

(6.) To help us keep the process smooth and deliver the best possible result, we kindly ask clients to:
• Provide a clear and complete brief.
• Include references whenever possible.
• Double-check all submitted text, details, and assets before production begins.
• Give feedback and approvals within a reasonable timeframe.
Please note that delayed feedback, missing information, or late approvals may affect the final delivery date.

(7a.) You may cancel your order at any time before the deposit is paid.

(7b.) Once the deposit has been paid and production has started, the deposit becomes non-refundable as it covers the time, preparation, and work already allocated to your project.

(8a.) Usage rights for the final work will follow the agreed scope, whether for Personal Use or Commercial Use.

(8b.) ExportM is not responsible for any unauthorized use, modification, distribution, or misuse of the final deliverables after they have been delivered to the client.

(8c.) Clients are responsible for ensuring that all materials they provide, including logos, images, fonts, illustrations, audio, video, or other assets, are legally permitted for use and do not infringe on any third-party copyrights or intellectual property rights.

(9.) ExportM may showcase completed commissions in our portfolio, social media, or promotional materials. If you would like your project to remain private, please let us know before production begins.

(10.) Final deliverables will be provided in standard export formats such as PNG, JPG, PDF, MP4, or other formats depending on the type of project. Editable or source files, including Canva, PSD, AI, CDR, project files, or other working files, are not included in the standard package unless agreed upon in advance. Additional fees may apply.

By continuing with your order, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service and understand that they are in place to keep the workflow clear, fair, and comfortable for both you and ExportM.
