They can either use their phone or pc to register.

There are two major assessments that will be done.

First one is while creating the account (it’s the last stage of account creation)

It will last almost 1hour if you do it right.

During this assessment they have to do it themselves cause it requires a video.

But if they are using their phone you have to be on a WhatsApp call with them and they have to share you their screen.

Not they can’t do this step alone. They need help and you will be that help.

The first type of question they will ask is a video.

They might just tell them to talk about the last thing that made them happy and they should talk for 6mins

If they have an accent they need to drop that accent at this stage and talk as clear as possible.

And they need to talk until outlier stops the timer.

At this stage nobody must be beside them and it has to be only them on the camera.

If you’re on a call with them at this stage you have to hang up before they start the video cause if they are using their phone and also on a call with you their microphone won’t work.

The other type of question they ask in this stage is the “opinion question”

Example: they might just say,

“the term putting all you eggs in one basket how does it apply to someone using it in a financial sector.”

Then they will give you a chat box to write your opinion.


Remember you’re an assistant so before you start the call with the person you Claude tab, ChatGPT tab, and Gemini tab opened on your browser cause you will do a lot of uploading.

So if the person is sharing their screen on a WhatsApp call you immediately screenshot and take to ChatGPT, it will give you an answer, tell it to rephrase and not make it more than 7lines.

NOTE: after doing that you must read it to the person while they type! You must not copy and paste oooooooooooooo…They will knowwwwwww.

The last type of question they ask is the Objective own

It’s also pretty easy but there’s a trick to it.

Remember you’re on a call with this person and you’re assisting.

When you see the objective one you also screenshot and take to ChatGPT and get your answer then you give them the option to pick.


BUT NOTEEEEE: this assessment you only need to score above 80% so when you pick 3 objectives questions right make sure you purposely fail the next one.


Remember we are working for an AI platform and they are wise too. So you don’t have them to know you use any help.

But please remember during the video question if the person is using their phone you have to hang up and let them call when they are done with the video.

Because their microphone won’t work if they are on a call with you.

But if they are using a laptop, you can remain on the call on the phone but don’t say anything!!!!


If they are using a laptop all they need to be doing is snapping the opinion and the object question to your dm and you take it to ChatGPT.

I also take this test for people (I will be the one on a call with the person and providing the answers).

But since it’s about 1hour long I can’t do it for free.

I mostly tell people to pay with $20 or $15 or $10 any amount

I’m not doing it for the money. But I just don’t want to do it extremely free cause of my time.

So the skill selection stage is very easy but a lot of people do oversabi.

Immediately after the person finishes that assessment they will be granted access into outlier.

At this point they need to go to their AppStore and download

Airtm

It’s like PayPal but without the madness PayPal has.

They need to create an account
Go to airtm settings
Verify with drivers license

Then

Go back into outlier
Go to profile
Go to pay
Filling their detail
Refresh the page
Select Airtm
They will send a code to their phone number
They input it
Then the put the gmail they use to open the airtm and click confirm.

If it’s someone that trust you, collect the login details of the airtm and download it here in nigeria and login (don’t worry you don’t need vpn for it)

So you don’t have to be waiting for them every Wednesday after you collect money.
