Is this a Freudian Slip from Klaus Schwab?!?

🗣 "We have to reinforce our resilience against.. a new virus possibly, or other risks which we have on the global agenda."

Now most people will probably say something like, "oh he's just saying we have to reinforce resilience against risks like viruses", but the way I perceived this is he just openly admitted that they have preplanned "risks" that they will use to achieve their globalist agenda. Obviously we all know that is the case, but to me, he literally just admitted it.
