IMPORTANT:
Make sure you DOWNLOAD Telegram FROM THEIR WEBSITE and not just from the app store.
The app store (Google or Apple) can delete or censor apps if they choose.
However, if you download the software from the actual website, you don't have to worry. I have it downloaded on my desktop as well as mobile device.
Go to Telegram.org to download Telegram DIRECTLY from their website (can't be deleted or censored).
