Do you have an employment contract?
If yes, does your contract say anything about you agreeing to be vaccinated?
If not and they refer you to where you agreed to abide by company policies and procedures, ask to see a copy of the policies and procedures manual as of the date you signed your contract then ask them for a list of amendments and their dates to anything in that manual until today’s date.

If you haven’t signed for it, it’s no contract. If they have changed anything, it’s breach of contract.

A contract is only valid if there is FULL DISCLOSURE and all parties involved accept and sign it. Nothing after they can be changed.

Then you ask them to provide proof the vaccine is safe and seeing how they are the ones enforcing this directive, accept the direction with a condition that they cover you for anything that happens through their insurance.

Heaps of people are using this and it works.
