Adjustment to the distribution of mined Bitcoin
Starting 23/10, the split of the Bitcoin flowing into the vaults changes from 20% Core / 80% Boost to 10% Core / 90% Boost.
In practice, more Bitcoin per day into the Boost: more EVA guaranteed by the floor, and a floor that rises a little faster.
The balances of both vaults can be verified on-chain at any time.
