The BurnVault Core distributes its BTC backing across the entire circulating supply of EVA.
The BurnVault Boost works differently.
The Boost covers only around 100,000 EVA tokens. Because the backing is divided among a much smaller number of tokens, the same amount of BTC has a proportionally greater impact. As a result, the Boost Burn Price can rise up to 200 times faster than the Core Burn Price.
This structure can create two dynamics:
→ Buying pressure: participants may buy EVA in anticipation of the Boost Burn Price approaching the market price.
→ Arbitrage: if the market price falls below the Boost Burn Price, participants may be able to buy EVA and burn it to receive BTC, capturing the difference. In this process, the tokens used for redemption are permanently removed from circulation.
