We would like to share an important update about the current state of our operations and the significant progress we are achieving.
Update on External Partnerships
In recent weeks, our team has carefully evaluated the situation of our external mining partners, waiting for both a possible resolution of the situation in Venezuela and a Bitcoin price recovery that would make operations profitable.
With one of the possibilities completely ruled out (Venezuela, where a partner definitively ended their operations) and the second option β a rapid BTC recovery to the level needed to make the Paraguayan partner's operation viable β taking longer than expected, and considering that this has generated doubts in the community, we have decided to officially announce:
β’ Termination of Contract 1 (Venezuela partner)
β’ Suspension of Contract 2 (Paraguay partner) until it becomes viable to resume operations β whether through equipment upgrades, BTC price increase, or mining difficulty reduction
It's worth noting that even with the additional incentive that EverValue offered, these partners cannot operate profitably in the current scenario. If they manage to reestablish operational viability, we may resume mining together.
Important to Recognize:
These partners have already contributed significantly to the EVA ecosystem, depositing 60 wBTC directly into the Burn Vault, plus 20 wBTC in DEX liquidity. This contribution remains and continues to benefit the entire project, regardless of the current mining operations situation.
100% In-House Operation Expanding
We are currently operating exclusively with our own EverValue mining operation, which is in continuous expansion. We are also studying new external partnerships for the future, always focusing on sustainability and profitability.
The Power of Burn Vault Boost
Here's the most important point: even with a lower daily distribution compared to what we had previously, the impact on Burn Price is exponentially greater thanks to Burn Vault Boost.
By design, the Boost generates much more efficient appreciation pressure than the Burn Vault Core. While the Core backs the entire supply (making it harder to move the price even with larger distributions), the Boost can raise the price floor much more dynamically and rapidly.

We inform you that today we received an official request from ANDE (AdministraciΓ³n Nacional de Electricidad of Paraguay) that may momentarily impact productivity.
What happened:
We received an official notification from the Load Dispatch Office requesting a 90% reduction in energy demand (operation at only 10% capacity) for today, Monday 02/09/2026, during the following hours:

β’ 20h to 24h (local time)
Why this happens:
Due to extreme high temperatures in the region, the National Interconnected System (SIN) is under high energy demand. In these situations, ANDE may request, as provided in the contract, that we temporarily reduce machine operations to relieve the load on the country's electrical system.
Impact:

We were notified to reduce demand on our 23kV supply to 10% of our reserved capacity (i.e., a 90% reduction) for today, Wednesday, February 11, 2026, during the following windows (local time):

β’ 20:00β24:00 (local time)
Why this is happening
Due to extreme high temperatures in the region, the National Interconnected System (SIN) is experiencing unusually high demand. Under these conditions, temporary demand-reduction requests can be issued, as ΠΏΡΠ΅Π΄ΡΡΠΌΠΎΡΡΠ΅Π½ΠΎ in our operating agreements, to help relieve stress on the grid.
Impact
During these periods, our mining operations will run at significantly reduced capacity, which may result in lower mining output in todayβs and/or tomorrowβs distribution.

Why this is happening
Due to extreme high temperatures in the region, the National Interconnected System (SIN) is experiencing unusually high demand. Under these conditions, temporary demand-reduction requests can be issued, as ΠΏΡΠ΅Π΄ΡΡΠΌΠΎΡΡΠ΅Π½ΠΎ in our operating agreements, to help relieve stress on the grid.
Impact
During these periods, our mining operations will run at significantly reduced capacity, which may result in lower mining output in todayβs and/or tomorrowβs distribution.
