"Why not you?"

If you ever suffer a lot, you're going to ask, "Why me?" When you lose everything you have, someone you love most, why me? To taste the feeling of defeat, to feel inferior, why me? To get kicked around by life, why me?

Even if you have done no wrong, you are forced to see the dark side of being human—the worst version of people. They look down on you, make things worse for you, and ignore you as if you don't even exist. We have all witnessed this throughout history. Every single person who has ever lived has struggled to answer the question, "Why me?"

Here is my answer:

Why not you?

Why not you to endure the pain and move on? Why not you to defeat any enemy you face? Why not you to be disciplined and goal-oriented? Why not you to look only at your goals and not your distractions—girls, friends, rejection, opinions, or compliments? Why not you to believe in yourself and get what you want? Not second place—be the best version of yourself.

I will tell you why not.

Because you are afraid of being alone. Afraid of losing people if you say what you want or need to say. You sit and wait for someone to rescue you from this life, even when you know there may be no one coming except yourself.

Because you say, "I want it," but you are not willing to do what it takes to become the person you want to be. Because you give people a higher value in your life than they deserve. Even if they know it, they do not deserve it.

If you start doing better, some people will hate you, even though you did nothing to them. If you understand this, you will stop asking "Why?" and start asking "How?" and "What does it take?"

That is where the journey continues. Abel # tips #

For a person who knows they have the ability to succeed, these can hurt more than losing:
Never trying because of fear.
Regret—realizing years later that you gave up too soon.
Betrayal by someone you trusted.
Losing your purpose after achieving or failing.
Watching others suffer because of your inaction.
Being forgotten after dedicating your life to something.
Winning by sacrificing your values, because you gain success but lose your integrity.
But today feel the worst feeling ever
Defeated by time even if I can overcome it
