The organisation behind the protest calls for the exit of the Czech Republic from the EU and NATO, and an end to hostility towards Russia.

🇧🇬 Bulgaria's Interior Minister says Europe is facing its worst migrant crisis since the mid 2010s

In an interview for the program Questions on TV1, the acting Interior Minister of Bulgaria Ivan Demerdzhiev said the pressures on his country's southern border with Turkey have risen four and a half times since the beginning of the year, something he claims hasn't been felt since the migrant crisis of 2015-16.

While Demerdzhiev reassured that his country's border force has been able to successfully contain the large influx of migrants at the border, the increasing numbers are starting to put a strain on the country's resources and expenditure.

"In recent months, the migrants' behavior has escalated. They show aggression towards police officers, they don't obey warnings. They have dummy knives and feel emboldened enough to throw stones at the border," added the Interior Minister.
