We worked on this idea for months together with @kajakallas and our partners, most notably Estonia, and I am glad to see it taking shape.
Those who chose to be part of the largest war of aggression in Europe since WWII must not have any right to enter Europe. Fair and timely.
Every Russian signing a contract needs to know he is also signing an entry ban.
The Russian aggressor must get maximum pressure for its refusal to choose peace. Sanctions are working and they need to be increased.
We look forward to the swift adoption of this important package by EU Member States.
