RT @andrii_sybiha: President @ZelenskyyUa has outlined the priorities for the coming weeks following intelligence indicating that Russia is preparing new large-scale attacks against Ukraine.

Moscow is once again revealing its true intentions. While Ukraine and its partners work to advance peace efforts, Russia is preparing more missiles, more drones, and more terror against civilians. Russia continues to answer every diplomatic effort with escalation.

This reality requires decisions, not assumptions. Stronger air defence for Ukraine, tougher sanctions, and the use of Russia’s frozen assets are no longer matters of long-term strategy. They are urgent security necessities.

The Kremlin must understand that every new attack will only deepen its isolation and increase the cost of aggression. Peace will come not through Russian goodwill, but through strength, pressure, and leadership.

We have intelligence data indicating that Russia is preparing for a new massive attack. It is important that all our partners know what is happening and that Russia continues to rely on missiles and further war, not diplomatic steps. First of all, this means that additional sanctions pressure on Russia is needed and that the implementation of our air defense arrangements with partners cannot be delayed.

I discussed the relevant tasks with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha – what must be done in the coming weeks and which steps by partners can most effectively support our defense. Anti-ballistic defense is the key task. We are also preparing our detailed proposals for a new European sanctions package and additional measures against the circumvention of existing sanctions.
