"COOL STORY: Back in my early 20s, I put a jazz/rock/funk instrumental fusion band together called Groovy Buddha. We recorded an album when I was 22 that never got released for various reasons. When I stumbled across the music recently, I was amazed at how well it stands the test of time.
There is some serious shredding on all instruments, the music grooves, very interesting compositions...I was like, 'Holy shit I wrote all of this when I was 20???'
I'm excited to finally release this album today, which should appeal to fans of jam bands, instrumental music, jazz, or shredding. Links in comments 😄"

Sometimes feeling happy is too hard. But we can practice in ways that bring about health. And once we are good at practicing, it becomes easier to remember how find equanimity.
We can choose to Water the good seeds whenever we recognize them. Thank yourself for doing this, too!
Remember basic goodness, and work to be honorable, including to yourself. Even when it’s hard. We are doing this. We are here today, showing up with the material we have.
It’s okay to cry, too. Let it out, in ways that nourish present and future Life.
