🌼 Camomile for Tea 🌼
Harvest chamomile when the petals are flat or beginning to fall back from bud. Harvest flowers on a sunny day after dew has dried. Flowers can be air-dried or dried in a dehydrator - They are dry when flower crumbles easily. Use 1 teaspoon dried per cup of water for tea. If using fresh flowers for tea double amounts - Drying flowers concentrates the flavour and oils.

Deeper Degrees of Spiritual Honesty
There is a Law of Spirit known as the Law of Non-Withhold. It addresses what we might call self-honesty at its deepest level, and when practiced, deepens our receptivity to the inner teachings that awaken our consciousness and allow us to penetrate the veils of illusion surrounding our third eye.
A question for you is: How willing are you to surrender the masks which you wear to protect you from the truth of yourself in order that you may grow spiritually? Do you realize that most of us spend our entire life in denial of who we are and in defense of who we are not?
So, I challenge you to look deeply within, and with compassion, tolerance, patience, love, forgiveness, and acceptance ask the Inner Master within the temple of your heart what lies before you at this moment to address spiritually and become free from that you may better serve and love in this precious lifetime.
