Eating: Breathe deep and eat with patience

When you eat take deep breaths in between you bites - breathe long and deep so that you can bring more oxygen into your body. This breath, which gives life, also gives a pause to the between bites. Allow yourself always to chew long and do not gobble things, this is an abomination and inwardly, a war.

The food we eat becomes the blood, and the blood. Do not kill the body with bad eating habits, because whatever kills the blood, and there is no peace in the body which is poisoned.

These therefore remain given to us: breath and and taste and food - and together they work to give us strength. Scriptures tell us, "the sense of smell, with which tastes are given to draw air and breath, [...] (and) the sense of taste, with which cometh the eating of meats and drinks; and by it strength is produced, for in food is the foundation of strength"

This what was blessed to eat as meat, "Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat."
It also was written, "your body is a temple" and the "He is not God of the dead, but of the living." and it was said, "Thou shalt not kill." Therefore don't kill your food - do not toast or ruin seeds and nuts to add flavour because the harvest reaped is illness. It was by man's pride that abomination was introduced and that that illness came to man. God did not limit life, but man limited himself from God's law. Collect therefore all seeds and nuts good for eating and eat them when the fields are frozen. Use water and sun to cause the seed to soften and sprout rather than heat which kills your food. Do not pollute your body with abominations which are the ways of death and illness, and sin not against your body.
