EYESIGHT RESTORATION PROTOCOLβοΈ
In the quest to restore our vision to its former 20/20 glory, weβre going to follow a 30 day eyesight restoration protocol.
Required ItemsπΌ
- Eyepatch (medical is like $5)
- Reduced prescription (glasses and/or contacts)
Optional items
- Pinhole glasses
- Eggs
Required Readsβ
1. Read the above 4chan Eyesight Collage to get a grasp on things.
2. Read how to find active focus then read this reddit post of anecdotal experience on active focus.
3. [Optional] Read the above book 'Take off your glasses and see'.
4. [Optional] Read about egg in eyes.
βΉοΈ
βThe eye is capable of resolving a small degree of blur when challenged, which provides the positive stimulus necessary for long term vision improvement.β
The Protocolπ
[Eyepatch]
Everyday for 30 days you will cover 1 eye for 30 minutes, alternate and repeat for a minimum of 2 hours total per day (unless you have only 1 bad eye).
Start by covering your stronger eye.
You do not need contacts/glasses during this time.
I recommend doing this while behind a screen, right at the edge of your focus.
[Prescription]
Start the first week by wearing slightly reduced prescription, around 12% reduction.
So if you normally have -2.00 you could go down to -1.75.
The next week you go down 15% to -1.50 and so forth.
By day 30 your prescription should he down by 50%.
[Prerequisite]
Naturally you are going to try to get adequate sleep and plenty nutrition.
[Experimental]
You will put organic raw egg-white unto your eyeballs.
Use a glass pipet/eye-dropper.
(I am not liable for any permanent eye damage).
[Optional]
Iβm not including sungazing because people will go blind but getting daylight indirectly into your eyes daily, without anything covering them is important.
You are of course free to add to the protocol to your own discretion.
We will start on friday the 26th.
Comment if you want to join or have any recommendations to add to the protocol.

truehealthsecrets Apple pectin is great for reducing ionized radiation in the body. Takes 700 mg, twice a day, and you will see the results. This remedy was used in Chernobyl and at Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant to reduce the radiation in patients. The radiation was causing thyroid cancer in children and adults β and apple pectin was the only thing that was effective.

"Electric colloids of silver became the mainstay of antimicrobial therapy in the first part of the 20th Century until the introduction of antibiotics in the early 1940s... Herodotus, the Father of History, accounts that no Persian king, including Cirrus, would drink water that was not transported in silver containers, which kept the water fresh for years. This was particularly important in military conflicts, where fresh water from natural sources was not readily available. The ancient Phoenicians, Greeks, Romans, Egyptians, and others also were recorded to have used silver in one form or another to preserve food and water, and this was practiced through World War II."
