"We know that there is a massive literature, providing a high level of scientific certainty, for each of eight pathophysiological effects caused by non-thermal microwave frequency EMF exposures. This is shown in from 12 to 35 reviews on each specific effect, with each review listed in Chapter 1, providing a substantial body of evidence on the existence of each effect. Such EMFs:
1. Attack our nervous systems including our brains leading to widespread neurological/neuropsychiatric effects and possibly many other effects. This nervous system attack is of great concern.
2. Attack our endocrine (that is hormonal) systems. In this context, the main things that make us functionally different from single celled creatures are our nervous system and our endocrine systems – even a simple planaria worm needs both of these. Thus the
consequences of the disruption of these two regulatory systems is immense, such that it is a travesty to ignore these findings.
3. Produce oxidative stress and free radical damage, which have central roles in essentially all chronic diseases.
4. Attack the DNA of our cells, producing single strand and double strand breaks in cellular DNA and oxidized bases in our cellular DNA. These in turn produce cancer and also mutations in germ line cells which produce mutations in future generations.
5. Produce elevated levels of apoptosis (programmed cell death), events especially important in causing both neurodegenerative diseases and infertility.
6. Lower male and female fertility, lower sex hormones, lower libido and increased levels of spontaneous abortion and, as already stated, attack the DNA in sperm cells.
7. Produce excessive intracellular calcium [Ca2+]i and excessive calcium signaling.
8. Attack the cells of our bodies to cause cancer. Such attacks are thought to act via 15 different mechanisms during cancer causation."

"The question may be asked, why we should send patients away to health resorts in Europe when we have at home springs and climates that are as useful for their treatment... a complete change may be most necessary- a new land away from all the old associations... so that the body as well as the mind benefits by the novel surroundings... It is known in a general way that Vichy is good for stomach complaints, that Carlsbad is a purgative water useful in liver troubles, and that Nice in the south of France has a good, tonic, mild climate in winter... For bronchial catarrhs, Cauterts and Eaux Bonnes, in the Pyrenean Mountains on the Spanish border of France, are celebrated, while Ems is perhaps the best place in Germany. The waters in France mentioned are of the sulphurous class, while Ems is an alkaline water like Royat in France. "

In the quest to restore our vision to its former 20/20 glory, we’re going to follow a 30 day eyesight restoration protocol.
Required Items💼
- Eyepatch (medical is like $5)
- Reduced prescription (glasses and/or contacts)
Optional items
- Pinhole glasses
- Eggs

“The eye is capable of resolving a small degree of blur when challenged, which provides the positive stimulus necessary for long term vision improvement.”
The Protocol🍎
[Eyepatch]
Everyday for 30 days you will cover 1 eye for 30 minutes, alternate and repeat for a minimum of 2 hours total per day (unless you have only 1 bad eye).
Start by covering your stronger eye.
You do not need contacts/glasses during this time.
I recommend doing this while behind a screen, right at the edge of your focus.
[Prescription]
Start the first week by wearing slightly reduced prescription, around 12% reduction.
So if you normally have -2.00 you could go down to -1.75.
The next week you go down 15% to -1.50 and so forth.
By day 30 your prescription should he down by 50%.
[Prerequisite]
Naturally you are going to try to get adequate sleep and plenty nutrition.
[Experimental]
You will put organic raw egg-white unto your eyeballs.
Use a glass pipet/eye-dropper.
(I am not liable for any permanent eye damage).
[Optional]
I’m not including sungazing because people will go blind but getting daylight indirectly into your eyes daily, without anything covering them is important.
You are of course free to add to the protocol to your own discretion.
We will start on friday the 26th.
