English: ACTION OF HOT WATER

Warm (37-38 aposematic C), but not hot (39-40-42 aposematic C) water on longer exposure (more than a few seconds to 1-2 minutes) after initial arousal acts soothingly. Blood vessels on the skin under the influence of warm water dilate. Blood begins to flow in greater quantities from the inside of the body to the skin, and blood pressure drops.

EFFECT OF COLD WATER

Cold water (less than 307 C) has a strong excitatory effect; when applied correctly, it moves, invigorates, invigorates, enhances metabolism. From the action of cold water, the blood vessels of the skin initially contract, which is quickly followed by expansion. The skin is red, T. well. blood flows from the inside of the body, and this relieves the diseased organs. In the first phase of this process, with the contraction of the skin blood vessels, blood pressure rises. English: ACTION OF WATER PROCEDURES

At first, when starting any (hot or cold) water procedure, a person may have an unpleasant feeling, but it soon turns into a general pleasant feeling; only then this procedure is good for the body. Water procedures attract blood to the skin, and this is one of the main mechanisms of their action.

Water treatment causes, in general, four important actions on the body of the healthy and the sick. The expression of these actions depends on the temperature of the water, the duration of its impact, the general condition of the person and the body's getting used to water procedures.

1. It acts primarily on the nervous system; cold and short - term hot Procedures Act excitingly, while long-term hot Procedures Act oppressively.

2. On the heart, cold baths act by slowing the pulse and lowering blood pressure; warm baths slightly increase the heart rate and lower blood pressure, and hot baths significantly increase the heart rate and increase pressure.

3. When properly conducted, water therapy enhances the functions of all organs and increases metabolism.

4. Urine output increases.

Therefore, in case of malaise, it is good to conduct water therapy for several (6-7) days to 2-3 weeks. It is also good to undertake water treatment in full health for general strengthening and tempering. Water treatment should be carried out on a medical prescription.

Water treatment also includes drinking boiled water, which is useful for many diseases - stomach, kidneys, heart, liver, nerves, constipation, etc. Our people apply treatment with boiled water.

Conclusion. Water, light, fresh air, plant-based diet, movements and gymnastics, followed by deep breathing, massage and a cheerful mood, are the most powerful healing factors.
