Sayings of Bulgarian folk healer Peter Dimkov (1886 - 1981)
A real life is lived by one who does not live for himself.
He who works for others from the heart unselfishly receives a Cosmic strength which makes him feel younger and healthier.
Moderation in everything - this is the most important condition for long life and health.
Don't be discouraged! In life, nothing costs more than to lose faith in it.
Learn to observe yourself and control yourself.
The human body has all the prerequisites for a normal and healthy life.
He who sings, diseases will flee from him.
Live to the best of your ability to avoid poisoning yourself.
Goodness is precious health.
No one got old before they lost interest in life.
We cannot pray only when we need to, but should give thanks from morning till night.
Nature and rural labor are a source of longevity.
Listen to your inner voice - it is the most faithful.
People attract two types of events... those they believe in and those they fear.

Living organisms have been adapting to exposure to electromagnetic radiation from
natural sources, and its effects, over millions of years. Outdoors, humans are exposed to the
natural environment.
We must start to consider that in the 21st century we have become too
remote from the natural conditions to which humans and all other living organisms have
adapted. The growing use of electromagnetic radiation by industry, the military, and the
general public has raised the environmental baseline exposure to electromagnetic waves by
several orders of magnitude.
All species must now readapt to this new man-made artificial
environment. Adaptation and evolution is not necessarily a fast process. Members of a species
may show variation in their adaptation capacity.
Therefore, precautionary measures must be
taken rapidly to protect susceptible sub-populations in the general public.
Research results are still accumulating regarding the relatively new abundance of
electromagnetic applications used by the general public since the last decades of the 20th
century. Synergistic or additive effects of interactions between different factors, and the long-term effects of low level exposure on humans, are even less known. Nevertheless new
applications are adopted all the time, based on the assumption of safety.
These are mostly
controlled by regulations, but since much is still unknown, current exposure limits may not be
protective. Indeed, there are many studies that show biological effects (bioeffects) at levels
below current exposure limits. The planning of research is slow and the execution of studies is
even slower than the rapidly advancing technology. Due to the scarcity of clear results and
knowledge, lay findings and individual case reports are an additional important source of
information, as they have always been, especially since modern information technology
facilitates collection of these data.
A large part of our lives is spent indoors, protected from harsh climate conditions; but the
indoor ambience exposes humans to multiple agents, such as cigarette smoke, chemicals and
electromagnetic waves emitted from devices. It is notable that skin tumours are often seen in
covered parts of the body and not only in the areas exposed to sunshine, as would intuitively
be expected

One needs to direct their thoughts in the right direction. It is important for health to strive to develop a habit of optimistic thinking. Optimistic thoughts are a source of joy, so whoever dreams of true health and happiness, let him cultivate in himself new, joyful, noble thoughts and imbued with benevolence towards people. Only such thoughts create harmony, beauty and cheerful mood in a person. Only such thoughts can rejuvenate mentally and physically, they help everyone to be the master of themselves. Because every thought is one reality, one force. Every thought is a stone for creating our future destiny - both for good and for evil..
When overwhelmed.. angry and ready to fight, swear, take revenge, it is good to try to laugh, breathe deeply... Our people.. for such instances say: "Count the buttons on your coat from bottom to top and from top to bottom before answering", to allow some time for the most bitter anger to pass and soon self control is restored.
