The Sedentary Life

"People who sit all day have a 50% increased rate of cardiovascular disease"

"Sedentary postures increase risk of death by 40%"
Whiskey can stop a Heart Attack (*not saying prevent)

Heart attack was always a lifestyle illness (if we ignore the vaccines for a moment). It was caused mainly by the way people lived (sedentary lifestyles, poor diet, accumulated diseases). What I have confirmed experience from people is that whiskey (specifically) being administered to others as they are having heart tension will relax the heart muscle preventing total seizure. It dilates the blood and expands the blood vessels. Whiskey should therefore always be in your cupboard. Give it to a friend, colleague or neighbour as a last resort - the ambulance does not always have a good record of arrival. This is just something to consider and be aware of.

Having said that I personally do not see regular (daily) evening shots as a positive thing because alcohol disturbs deep sleep.

Pollen: How are they produced and harvested?
Pollen is produced from pollen: bees collect it from the stamens of plants and then enrich it with nectar and enzymes. This causes the pollen to stick together into larger granules. So what we call pollen is a collection of thousands of tiny dust grains that together form what is called a panty. A bumkin is a grain weighing six to ten milligrams.

The bees not only add nectar and enzymes to the pollen so that it becomes manageable and they can bring it back to the hive in small portions. A certain enzyme also ensures that the pollen is preserved and protected from germs and fermentation processes. The enzymes turn the pollen into a food that is also edible for humans and is considered a superfood due to its ingredients.

However, pollen actually serves as food for the bee colony: bees use it to feed their offspring and to store pollen for a rainy day. For this reason, beekeepers should only collect a fraction of the pollen for human consumption. Beekeepers collect pollen by means of a special attachment placed at the entrance to the hive. When the bees loaded with the harvest pass through this attachment, they lose part of the pollen they have brought with them. Then they can be easily collected.

Flower pollen ingredients: what's in the little grains
Flower pollen has been known for some time as a superfood, i.e. a very nutrient-rich food. According to a 2015 study ("Bee Pollen: Chemical Composition and Therapeutic Application"), flower pollen is made up of about 250 components. The exact composition of these components varies depending on the origin of the pollen, the plants from which the bees collect it, and climatic conditions. For example, a 2009 review study lists the following as some of these components:

Vitamins
Minerals
Proteins
Carbohydrates
Fats
enzymes
essential amino acids
Flower pollen is also very high in protein. The protein content can vary, but according to the 2015 study, it is about 23 percent. This considerable amount is not surprising, as offspring bees rely on food that provides a lot of protein.

The study also breaks down that flower pollen contains about ten percent essential amino acids. These protein elements are vital because the body cannot produce them itself. That's why we depend on a sufficient supply of essential amino acids in our diet.

In addition, according to the study, a wide range of vitamins can be found in flower pollen: The globules contain provitamin A as well as vitamins E, D, B1, B2, B6 and C.
