In the above post Miguel Serrano writes of the Sacred Kingdom of Shambhala. Shambhala is the birth place of the Kalki, the tenth avatar of Lord Vishnu. In Sanskrit Shambhala means "place of silence" or "place of peace."
Only people with the right Karma and have reached an Enlightened state can reach and reside in the kingdom. Love and wisdom are the rulers and no one is susceptible to suffering or grief.
Shambhala is also sacred in Tibetian Buddhism as well.
