When the Gods appear as Avatars, usually in human form they most often appear in the Kshatriya caste. The reason for this is because they are needed to bring change. The change they are need to bring usually must be done as a Warrior, king or political leader. Let us remember that Adolf Hitler was an Avatar of Wotan/Vishnu.

"I have compared men "in Time" to the Lighting, and men "outside Time" or "above Time" to the Sun. In these last two passages she is referring to Genghis Khan. Genghis Khan is the classic man in time. He had no higher aim except the welfare of himself and his family and he possessed all the ruthless characteristics of the man in time.
