Jeffrey Epstein to The Duke:
these stories are complete and utter fantasy,, I don’t know and have never met Al gore. CLinton was never on the island… the telephone book is not mine, it was stolen by my houseman that is currently in prison for doing so.

Mark Epstein sent a statement to Lead Stories on November 15, 2025, that he said was "to clarify a point that has been misinterpreted in public discussion." It read:

Recently, emails from 2018 between my brother and me were made public. They were simply part of a humorous private exchange between two brothers and were never meant for public release or to be interpreted as serious remarks.

For the avoidance of doubt, the reference to 'Bubba' in this correspondence is not, in any way, a reference to former President Bill Clinton.

Any attempt to conflate that reference with President Clinton, or to read sweeping implications into them, misrepresents both the purpose and the tone of the original correspondence. I want to be absolutely clear on this point so that the public record is not distorted and so that speculation does not unfairly implicate people who are not actually being referenced in those communications.

Ali Clark, a spokesperson for Mark Epstein, told The Advocate in an email that Bubba is:
a private individual who is not a public figure.

The House Has Passed The Bill to Release The Epstein Files
1🍾3👀1
The bill was passed in a near-unanimous vote. Representative Clay Higgins, Republican of Louisiana, was the lone “no” vote.
👀2
Speaker Johnson is urging the senate to amend the bill, citing that there may be “disclosure of non-credible allegations, creating new victims” among other claims.

Thomas Massie, the author of the bill, responded:
This is how @SpeakerJohnson plans to protect perverts who went to the rape island from embarrassment. Do not let the Senate add an amendment to avoid disclosing those rich and powerful men who have evaded justice for so many years. Is Johnson calling all victims “non-credible?”

It is important to note that Massie’s bill does already include protection of victims’ privacy but states that no names associated with Epstein can be redacted in the investigative files for reasons of “[e]mbarrassment, reputational harm, or political sensitivity.”

In an interview on NewsNation, Mark Epstein claimed:
I’ve been recently told the reason they’re going to be releasing these things, and the reason for the flip is that they’re sanitizing these files. There’s a facility in Winchester, Virginia where they’re scrubbing the files to take Republican names out. That’s what I was told by a pretty good source.

Jeffreys dead. So I don’t care of the implications of the files, that’s other people’s problems. My brother did not commit suicide… Who killed him. Who had him killed.

In 2016 I said this publicly before. Jeffrey told me that if he said what he knew about the candidates they’d have to cancel the election.

Jeffrey definitely had dirt on Trump.
(R-LA) Clay Higgins' response to voting NO on the Epstein Bill

I have been a principled “NO” on this bill from the beginning. What was wrong with the bill three months ago is still wrong today. It abandons 250 years of criminal justice procedure in America. As written, this bill reveals and injures thousands of innocent people – witnesses, people who provided alibis, family members, etc. If enacted in its current form, this type of broad reveal of criminal investigative files, released to a rabid media, will absolutely result in innocent people being hurt. Not by my vote. The Oversight Committee is conducting a thorough investigation that has already released well over 60,000 pages of documents from the Epstein case. That effort will continue in a manner that provides all due protections for innocent Americans. If the Senate amends the bill to properly address privacy of victims and other Americans, who are named but not criminally implicated, then I will vote for that bill when it comes back to the House.

NEW: Speaker Johnson tells me he’s “deeply disappointed” the Senate approved the Epstein files bill without making changes.

He said he spoke to Trump about it tonight: “We both have concerns,” Johnson said.

I asked if Trump may veto it: “I’m not saying that. I don’t know.”

House Oversight Chair James Comer has subpoenaed J.P. Morgan and Deutsche Bank for Jeffrey Epstein’s financial records
GOP House Oversight:
WASHINGTON—House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) today issued subpoenas to J.P. Morgan and Deutsche Bank for Jeffrey Epstein’s financial records. Chairman Comer is also requesting U.S. Virgin Islands Attorney General Gordon Rhea provide documents to further the Committee’s review of the federal government’s investigation of Epstein.

The House Oversight Committee is conducting a thorough review of the federal government’s investigation of Mr. Jeffrey Epstein and Ms. Ghislaine Maxwell. The Committee is committed to providing accountability and transparency to the American people and the survivors of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell’s horrific crimes. Here is what the Committee has accomplished to date:

The Oversight Committee Has Released Approximately 65,000 Pages of Documents to Date: This includes documents from the Department of Justice, the Epstein Estate, former U.S. Attorney General Bill Barr’s deposition transcript, and former U.S. Department of Labor Secretary Alexander Acosta’s transcript.

Subpoena to the Department of Justice for Epstein Related Records: Chairman James Comer issued a subpoena to the Department of Justice on August 5, 2025, for documents and communications in its possession, custody, or control related to Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. The DOJ has produced roughly 33,000 pages of records to date. The Committee has posted these documents on its website.

Subpoenas to the Clintons, Former U.S. Attorneys General, and Former FBI Directors: Chairman Comer issued deposition subpoenas to Bill and Hillary Clinton, James Comey, Loretta Lynch, Eric Holder, Merrick Garland, Robert Mueller, William Barr, Jeff Sessions, and Alberto Gonzales for testimony related to horrific crimes perpetrated by Jeffrey Epstein. The Committee will make deposition transcripts public.

The Committee has conducted a deposition with William Barr and released the transcript. Barr debunked the Democrats’ false claims about President Trump.
The Committee has accepted formal written declarations from former FBI Director James Comey and former Attorneys General Alberto Gonzelez, Eric Holder, Loretta Lynch, Jeff Sessions, and Merrick Garland under penalty of prosecution for false statements stating they possess no information about the Epstein or Maxwell cases. After the Committee learned Mr. Mueller has health issues that preclude him from testifying, the Committee has withdrawn its subpoena.
The Committee is in communication with the Clintons’ attorneys about scheduling dates for their depositions.

Transcribed Interview with Alexander Acosta:
Alexander Acosta, former U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Florida and former Secretary of the U.S. Department of Labor, appeared voluntarily for a transcribed interview on September 19, 2025. The Committee has released the interview transcript. Mr. Acosta destroyed the Democrats’ Trump-Epstein smear. There was no contact between President Trump and former U.S. Attorney Acosta, and no link between Trump and Epstein in the case.

Subpoena to the Epstein Estate: On August 25, 2025, Chairman Comer issued a subpoena to the Epstein estate for documents and communications in its possession, custody, or control in unredacted form. The estate started producing documents in September 2025 and continues to make productions on a rolling basis. The Committee has made documents public.

Subpoena to Ghislaine Maxwell: On July 23, 2025, Chairman Comer issued a subpoena to Ghislaine Maxwell for a deposition.

Request for Epstein-Related Suspicious Activity Reports: Chairman Comer has requested the U.S. Department of the Treasury provide relevant suspicious activity reports (SARs) to assist the Committee’s oversight of the federal government’s enforcement of sex trafficking laws, specifically in connection with the investigation and prosecution of Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.

AG Pam Bondi said that “new information” obtained by investigators had prompted her to reverse her decision to close the case four months ago
The Epstein Files Transparency Act (H.R. 4405) has been signed into law by President Donald Trump.
2
Attorney General Pam Bondi and the Department of Justice officially have 30 days to release all of their files relating to Jeffrey Epstein.

The DOJ can legally redact Child Sexual Abuse Material, the names of victims, and any material sealed by a judge, or anything that would jeopardize national security or an ongoing investigation. However, NO NAMES associated with Epstein can be redacted for reasons of embarrassment, reputational harm, or political sensitivity. It requires the DOJ to declassify classified information to the maximum extent possible.

Donald Trump called Jeffrey Epstein shortly after defeating Hillary Clinton in the 2016 election, brother Mark Epstein claims

Speaking to CNN, Mark Epstein claimed that Donald Trump called Jeffrey Epstein after his win in 2016

After the election, I usually speak to Jeffrey regularly, and in one of the calls we spoke, Jeffrey told me…. it was after the election, that Trump called him and it was sort of like, ‘Can you believe this?’

Because nobody believed Trump was going to win. Trump was sort of surprised himself that he won. So Jeffrey said he called him like you know, ‘Could you believe this?’ type of a phone call.
