Every week they wait for him on the doorstep, and when he rolls up they wave at each other, he honks the horn to them and drives off. Well today we weren’t home when he came and Jordan found a little surprise waiting for him from one of his superheroes, his very own trash truck. The fact that he took the time to do something sweet for my boys, is something I’ll never forget. Let’s remember to show our appreciation for the people God has placed in our life and that a small act of kindness can go a long way💕"

When Deputy Neisingh from Salano County Sheriff’s Office once noticed an elderly woman working alone during his patrol, he stopped to check on her. Since then, the two have become friends and the deputy has also learned that the woman loves Coca-Cola. So he stops and picks up one for her when she is out and about. The unlikely friends also share stories while walking hand in hand.
In another instance, the deputy put himself in harm's way and talked a distraught man out of killing himself with a very large knife. He was awarded a special citation for his life saving actions."

"You see a big snuggle bug. I see a girl who was hyper focused all day because she knew there was something wrong with me, and now that I’m feeling a bit better she is finally letting herself relax. I had a bad neuropathy pain flare up last night that just would not pass. So we made the trip to moffitt to get some pain medication. As soon as I was able to relax, Tulsa finally did as well. I can’t express how blessed I am to have such an intelligent and intuitive girl like her. 🥰"

This was my Friday night, the end of a very long week. I asked Violet to take this pic as I suddenly looked around me at all the mess and the hungry babies and realised I was in the trenches right then and I wanted to remember this part too.
