Emotional Cleaning and General Cleaning of Your Life
Emotional cleansing is about experiencing feelings and letting them go.
Are your thoughts rooted in your emotions? Try to ask yourself leading questions: "What's helpful here?", "What's wrong?", "Why do I feel this way?"
A simple way to deal with negative thoughts is to go through all your negative emotions and make clearing them systematically.
Start with fear: identify all your fears and make sure you are safe. Then go further and deal with guilt, shame, loss, denial and loneliness.

Don't limit yourself
You can go to such a wonderful thing as the Internet and google any man of little or no wealth.
You will be shocked to find that he is just like you: two arms, two legs (except Nick Vujicich, but that is rather an exception).
All this is to say that the limits and obstacles you see in front of you have created for yourself.
Many of the successful people who now look down at you arrogantly from their screens or magazine covers started from the same position as you - some worse, some better.
But the bottom line is the same: they succeeded because they did not limit themselves to the frames and templates that are so inherent in the average person.
So if you feel like doing something, by all means do it! Maybe it will work out. Or not. But at least this way you'll know.
