"I've never understood why it's considered weak to send positive vibes and love to people from our past. Why a happy birthday text to an ex, a congratulations on the new job to a former bestfriend, or a straight out I miss you to someone you had a fall out with is frawned upon.

It is so much easier to hate than it is to love...I could honestly say I still care about every person I've ever loved. I've never understood why showing love and compassion to people who have wronged me in the past is seen as an act of vulnerability or is supposedly offensive to my pride. While indifference and disinterest are perceived as strength. You know what's weak?
