"كُنت أتمَنّى أنْ يُلاحِق شَخصاً تفاصيلي الصَغيرة ، أنْ يستمِع إلى الأغاني المُفَضلة لي ويفهَم المَغزى مِن حُبي لها ، يُشاهِد الأفلام التي أحِبّها ، أنْ يُلاحِظ حتّى تَعليقاتي السَخيفة ومزاجي المُتعكَّر ، أنْ ينتشِلني مِن نَفسي قَبل أنْ أغرَق ، عِندما يشعُر أنّي حَزين يطلبُ رؤيتي ونشرب أيّ شَيء سَويّاً ، نَجلسِ على الرَصيف يُشاركني سَماعاتّه ويهديني أغنيّة تليق بِحُزني ولا يتركنُي قبل أنْ أتحسَّن ثُم يذهَب دون كَثره في الاسألة ، كانت أمنية بسيطةَ ولم يعُد في الإمكان أنْ تتحَققّ."ألا تعلمين بأني أسير اثنين؟
