Government of Busan Metropolitan City is announcing a Free Accommodation Event for participants of Busan Mission Day to offer more to the experience. Please refer to the details that are following:

1. Offered Accommodation : Mt. Cheonma Echohouse (http://www.cheonmasan-ecohouse.co.kr)

2. Offered Units : 2 buildings in total, maximum beneficiaries of 26 people (16 male and 10 female)
- Building 1 “Haesong-dong” (4 to 10 people, female only) : beds for 4, ondol(beddings & floor heating) for 6
▶️ room1 (2 single beds, 1 ondol), room2(2 single beds, 1 ondol), room3(4 ondol), living room, duplex

- Building 2 “Mokryeon-dong” (10 to 16 people, male only) : beds for 16

3. How to apply & methods of selection
- Each country’s POC together negotiates the number of beneficiaries for each nation (POCs will hold independent events to select them)
- POCs will confirm agents who win the events to Busan City (all the process will be finished by 30th of May)

7. Guides & Requests for the events
- We expect each nations’ & factions’ POC to negotiate and confirm how many agents will be allocated for each nation.
- Each faction should allocate equal number of agents. (subject to change depending on total number of participants)
- Agent scanner will be checked upon accommodation entry.
- Korean agents should be allocated 1 or 2 for each faction.
- Each building is locked by dial lock; no individual room key will be provided.
- Misunderstandings by translation could occur; in this case Korean announcement will be the matter of judgment.
- Any changes on the details will be updated on Busan Night Walk Mission Day Page(http://).

A little panic attack this morning,

One of our agent got email from NIA stating the usual "Thank you for raising the support ticket, it is now being looked into by our helpdesk" usual text.

Only problem is the agent never raised any ticket. So the agent went to Zen desk page and saw a support ticket raised by him overnight in his tickets list (it's in section, My activities). The ticket had text indicating the agent is confessing to his cheating sins and technically is submitting a support report against himself.

The first obvious fear was compromised account, but a little investigation later, we found that you can raise a support ticket on behalf of any helpdesk registered email. In order to do so you just have to submit the adversary's email (which you think is registered on Zendesk and adversary's IGN in the "Your Email Address" and "Your Agent Name" fields.

The ticket gets logged and we did a small test to confirm it now. I had someone who raised a support ticket with details of my registered Email and my IGN in the submission. The report was instantly accepted.

I have now raised a ticket with NIA with following text,

"Team,

We have noticed that some agents now go to Ingress Support page to submit request (without sign-in) , fill in the email address of adversary in 1st field, "Your email address" and pretending to write a confession report of their self admission of purported cheating and hoping that Support ticket will ban the account.

This should be addressed by ensuring an email is sent with the support request activation link and only then the support ticket gets activated. This is to prevent "confession abuse" in future."
