* 目前每人的portal提交数量只有7个，未来可能会有所调整
* 提交的po进入OPR系统大约需要1-7天
* 目前暂时不会恢复Seer
* 下一波活动，充电将不会给牌子，这是因为有些人不参加充电也被算上了
* 有超过3300人申请Vanguard，大致已经选好了
* 目前申po至少11级，审po至少12级
* 目前可能后台没有针对玩家在线时间的统计数据
