INSOLENT = showing an arrogant lack of respect: The *insolent* officer 👮 was fired.

Note that 'according to' refers to evidence from someone or somewhere else. As such, it usually has a third person referent. It cannot be used to refer to one’s own views or statements:

In my opinion, all those sites should be made green-field sites.

WRONG! → (According to me/according to my opinion)

according to X", X is usually regarded to the other but not yourself.

you can say

in my view
From my point of view
From my perspective
to me
for me
as for me
to my understanding
as far as I know
as far as I concerned
etc... .

"As far as I know" means "I'm not 100% sure, but this is the situation as I understand it."

"As far as I'm concerned" means "This is my opinion on the matter. You can accept it or not, but it's how I feel."
