🚩 Paraphrasing examples


1. Original: The experiment clearly demonstrated the effectiveness of the new drug.
Paraphrase: The experiment showed that the new drug works well. / The test proved the new medicine is good.


2. Original: Due to the complex nature of the data, analysis proved to be particularly challenging.
Paraphrase: Because the data was hard to understand, it was difficult to analyze it. / The data was complicated, so it was hard to look at.


3. Original: The author argues that social media has a profound impact on interpersonal relationships.
Paraphrase: The author says social media changes how people relate to each other a lot. / The writer thinks social media strongly affects friendships and relationships.


4. Original: The research highlighted a significant correlation between exercise and mental well-being.
Paraphrase: The research showed that exercise and feeling good mentally are connected. / The study found a strong link between exercise and mental health.


5. Original: Despite the limitations of the study, the findings offer valuable insights into the phenomenon.
Paraphrase: Even though the study had problems, the results help us understand the phenomenon. / Even though the study wasn't perfect, we learned something important.


6. Original: The government implemented new policies aimed at reducing carbon emissions.
Paraphrase: The government started new plans to lower carbon emissions. / The government made new rules to cut down pollution.

Paraphrase: The professor said that thinking carefully is very important for school. / The teacher stressed that good thinking skills help you succeed in studying.


9. Original: The report concluded that further investigation is necessary to fully understand the issue.
Paraphrase: The report said we need to study the problem more to understand it well. / The report decided that we need more research to know everything about the topic.


10. Original: The artist's unique style blends traditional techniques with contemporary themes.
Paraphrase: The artist's special style mixes old ways of doing things with modern ideas. / The artist uses a mix of old skills and new topics.



Changes Made:


• Simplified vocabulary (e.g., "effectiveness" became "works well," "profound impact" became "changes how people relate a lot").
• Shorter sentences and simpler sentence structures.
• More common and accessible words.
• Less formal phrasing.
