✍🏻The both mean avoiding from facing responsibilities and Not to fulfill them.

✍🏻We usually use Duck when we want to talk about someone else.

✍🏻When we want to talk about ourselves,we use Get out of...


✍🏻It must be mentioned that Duck is more disapproving(negative) than Get out of..

1️⃣ In this situation we must not get out of our responsibilities and make it worse.(for Ourselves we use Get out of)

2️⃣ I think it is John's turn to cook but I bet that he will duck it.(for Someone else we use Duck.)
