🚩 سه مشکل بزرگ در یادگیری:
بیعلاقگی: مغز اطلاعاتی را که به آن اهمیت نمیدهد پاک میکند. (علاقه بهترین اهرم برای یادگیری است)
نتبرداری خطی: نوشتن کلمه به کلمه یا خلاصه کردن خطی، بیفایده است و فقط وقت تلف میکند.
حفظ کردن طوطیوار: به جای حفظ کردن، باید ارزیابی کرد.
🚩 راه حل (فریم ورک سه مرحلهای):
۱. پیشخوانی (Pre-Learning):
قبل از شروع، چند دقیقه صفحات را ورق بزنید، به تیترها، کلمات کلیدی و جملههای اول نگاه کنید و حدس بزنید که موضوع چیست.
۲. خواندن فعال (Reading):
بیش از ۱۰-۱۵ دقیقه بدون توقف نخوانید. به محض رسیدن به یک مفهوم جدید یا کلمه کلیدی، توقف کنید و نقشه ذهنی خود را بسازید، ارزیابی کنید، خراب کنید و دوباره بسازید (چرخه تخریب و بازسازی). تفکر باید اول در ذهن باشد، بعد روی کاغذ.
۳. تثبیت (Consolidation):
نقشه ذهنی خود را با صدای بلند برای کسی توضیح دهید (تکنیک فاینمن). این کار شکافهای یادگیری شما را نشان میدهد. سپس هر چند وقت یکبار آن را مرور کنید.
نتیجه نهایی:
اگر احساس سردرگمی، خستگی یا حوصله سر رفتگی کردید، خواندن را متوقف کنید. هدف، تعداد صفحات خوانده شده نیست، هدف درک مطلب است. مغز اشتباهات را بهتر از عدم قطعیت به خاطر میسپارد (اثر هایپرکورکشن).
