IELTS is the main English language test for university. You can prepare for the test with these free online courses. The free version is only available for a few weeks, and there is no certificate. If you upgrade, you can access the course for longer, and get a certificate, but I think this is not important, because it is not a real IELTS certificate, just evidence that you did the course. The free version is enough.

It is a very professional website - I am using some of the courses to prepare for my Masters degree.
