*What is it?* Valve that controls flow / pressure / temperature by signal from BMS / DDC.

*Main Types:*
*1. 2-Way:* Controls flow to coil. AHU/FCU standard.
*2. 3-Way:* Mixing/Diverting. Used when bypass needed.
*3. PICV:* 2-way + auto flow balancing. No need extra balancing valve.
*4. Ball Type:* On/Off & modulating – FCU
*5. Globe Type:* Precise modulating – AHU

*Actuator Types:* Thermal / Motorized / On-Off / 0-10V Modulating

*Signal:* 24V On-Off OR 0-10V / 4-20mA

*Fail Safe:* FO / FC / FIP
