☀️ Current status:
Currently, every feature of our bots is working correctly, without incurring excessively blocking and / or harmful problems for customers.
❤️ Like checking functionality
The Like checking functionality is the only one that we have not been able to solve 100%, as it is now limited to the consumption of many more requests to be able to perform its functions, this obviously makes the control correct, but at the same time more expensive than in the past.
This is why you are consuming more daily requests than before to check likes groups. (this doesn't affect comments/saves/stories).
⛓ 500 Likes Limit
From the date of TODAY 27 August following an update made by instagram at 15:00, it is now limited to checking only the last 500 likes on each photo (thus passing from 1000 to 500).

🕐 Periodic Pending List Processing 🕐
ℹ️ Since the initial release, EngageBot.PRO was bound on requiring at least 1 user post in order to process Pending List
❔ What does it mean?
➡️ It needed that a "Normal User" posted in the group in order to be able to send an Autodrop or Premium Photo from the pending list
🔝 Not anymore! 🔝
Our pending list will now be processed AUTOMATICALLY every 10 minutes, to automatically drop new links in the group even without manual user posts

As you know, we recently had to update our Pricing Scheme regarding all our services due to an increase in taxation.
However, we are deeply sorry that our Customers have to pay additional amounts that have no purpose (they will not be used to invest in new features or anything else, but only to pay the new fees)
Therefore, we have decided to invest a lot of our resources and time in developing new features and updates for our projects, which will be available to everyone free of charge, to cope with the high prices we have been forced to pay.

We just released a Flash Update that introduces various changes to the engagement checking, especially Likes
This new procedures will improve the detection rate of leechers, and reduce the amount of requests consumed due to missed engagement detection
It will focus major resources during the first part of the checking list, to produce better accurate results on the full checking procedure

🌐 CHANGES: IVA Application and New Pricing
💬 In this very short update article we are going to discuss the changes that will be applied to Rates and Taxation during May 2023.
There is no certain date as, due to the recent maneuvers of the Italian government, it is not possible to plan or organize the migration to the new taxation, which will be applied arbitrarily from the first moment the new threshold is reached.
This new law, introduced in the corner with 2023, stipulates that exceeding the threshold provided for the Forfeiture Regime (regime we use for current taxation), we immediately (retroactively) switch to the ordinary taxation regime (resulting in higher taxes, even on turnover prior to the change).
PLEASE NOTE: OBVIOUSLY we are not going to increase the cost of active developments, nor are we going to vary the cost of projects already evaluated. This new taxation will be internal only and managed internally, and will apply only to fees and new development

⚠️ Experienced Malfunctions ⚠️
We are aware that many features related to Instagram are currently malfunctioning or totally unusable
This is due to a (suspected) internal maintenance going on at Facebook/Meta
WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram are all experiencing different issues that can be found on certain devices and networks
Therefore, it is possible that until maintenance is completed, our Instagram control systems, as well as EngageBot.PRO, will have repeated malfunctions
It remains assured that we are operational and investigating to find alternative solutions that will allow a resumption of operations as quickly as possible

Instagram is still giving some errors, but much less often, and is probably going to fix everything soon

We would like to let you know that we are aware of the situation, and that we are certain that this is a widespread issue that depends on issues that are occurring in a widespread way at the level of Instagram itself.
We are working to try to find alternative solutions, but we are unable to confirm timelines now
The errors in question are occurring in the following situations:
- Verifying profiles (new and old)

We have integrated workarounds that will allow our functionality to run smoothly even when there is an error for old photos and profiles, but getting the most up-to-date data requires connecting to Instagram and we are therefore dependent on their solution

💬 The May and June period was a hectic time of ever-changing activities and projects. While there weren't any groundbreaking revolutions, there are still many exciting updates to talk about!
We will analyze the latest Instagram Updates, the cases of major maintenance that occurred during the past month, and the positive aspects that we encountered, such as the new profile update frequencies that allow us to obtain updated data with greater precision, the ability to access reels during self-drop checks, and the new profile control functions that better handle profiles that change usernames.
We will also discuss the new taxation, which was already discussed in the previous Flash Update, and the update of AlexAPI rates. Additionally, we will talk about the new strides we are making to develop the Automatic Phone Number Creation Tool for our Member Addition Bot
Lastly, we will dedicate some time to EngageBot, discussing the improved management of translations and the upcoming projects we have planned.
