⭐️ Added creation date to Whitelist Table
We added the creation date of the whitelisted user to the Whitelist Table, in order to give you a better information about expiration, times, and everything you need to manage whitelisted users


🚮 Do not delete leecher messages
We added for you an option to "don't delete leecher messages", in order to get more messages in your group, helping you to grow it on top of the user's group list
We also added a customisable format message for this option, if you have message replacement enabled


🔎 Better distance checking with Instagram Profile ID
We used to check if the "instagram user" is the same using the profile username, and some users discovered it and started changing username to post multiple times flooding groups.
We fixed this issue with a new strong improved checking, based on the Profile ID, that can never be changed


⚙️ Miscellaneous Updates
- We fixed the users table, that is now correctly filterable for banned and started private chat
- We improved bot stability with new servers and proxies
- You can now decide to send group rules in the group instead of user's private chat

During last month we focused on adding some new utility features, and fixing some known bugs, then we decided to enhance our webpanel by finishing translation and adding some colors and icons

🕐 The Timezone Update 🕐
Many of our customers exposed their problem with the standard timezone applied by the bot: For example, European customers are used to certain timezones, while USA customers prefer using others.
When talking about whitelisted users expiration, daily limits, autodrop limits and things like that, the problem of having a standardized timezone is clear.
This is the reason why we did a Big Timezone Update

From the Webpanel, you can now decide a custom Timezone for the Bot (that will be standard for all your groups) and for each group, if you for example decide to have different groups for different countries.

This timezone applies to the following features:

- Calculation of Autodrop Expirations
- Calculation of daily limits for autodrop users
- Calculation of Whitelist Expirations
- Calculation of Whitelist Creation Date/Time
- Calculation of daily limits for whitelist users
- Daily Limit whitelist notification and reset is now based on group timezone
- Calculation of Follow Expiration
- Statistics (now all stats are based on each group timezone) in terms of Days, Hours, Weeks
- Top 100 users is now based on group timezone
- LOG tables (Autodrop, Whitelist, Follow) are now based on group timezone
- Photos Tables are now based on group timezone
- Pending Photos Tables are now based on group timezone
- Missed Engagements tables are now based on group timezone

⚠ Problems with some bots ⚠

Some bots are experiencing connection issues between Telegram and Engagebot.PRO (As you can probably see, you are able to send periodic ads and global messages, and of course to use the panel itself)

We are working on the issue, but the problem is currently unknown.

We are discussing with telegram support, and with the hosting provider, and soon we will be moving on the new server to verify if it improves the situation

✅ The problem looks resolved on 90% of the bots ✅

It seems to be related to which IP telegram is using to communicate webhooks. Some of them are currently not working, so we need to wait for telegram to switch network

💶 EngageBot.PRO prices alignment for old customers 💶


❕ Prices will not change for new customers ❕
We are NOT increasing prices, all the prices will remain the same specified on engagebot.pro and on the purchase page!


❓ As you may know, 4 months ago we announced that old customers (customers that had an active plan before 01/11/2020), would have kept the old subscription prices until 01/01/2021

🎁 As a special "New Years Gift" we extended the discounted prices for a longer period, until 01/03/2021, but that date is near.

😔 As we told before, this decision to increase prices (took over 4 months ago) is forced by costs increasing day after day. As you may have noticed, we moved to a new server provider last week, and we purchased more high quality proxies. This past days, we literally spent 7000€ in instagram accounts, and still we are having troubles with instagram (that's why we are looking for a good PVA provider).
We spent much more than what we earned from all engagebot.pro subscriptions, and we can't afford this kind of behavior, since we are constantly working on updates, features, and improvements.

🙏 We hope you can understand the reason why we are aligning prices also for old customers (and remember that it has been announced 4 months ago)!

📆 End of February 2021 Updates 📆

During this second half of February 2021 we produced important updates of EngageBot.PRO

This period has been characterized by a strong fight against Instagram, who caused many problems with updates and mass-banning accounts that were being used in checking, forcing us to spend over 8000€ in just a couple of days to survive the event.

Within all the expenses that EngageBot.PRO has to sustain, with Servers and Proxies, the most important one, and always unpredictable, is the one to purchase new Instagram Accounts to use in checking engagement


💰 Prices Alignment
For the reason explained above, we decided to conclude the prices alignment, changing the current bot price also to the customers registered before October 2020 (when we communicated the prices update)

Warning: As already explained, prices are NOT changing: we didn’t update or increase our prices. The ones active since November 2020 are in fact the definitive prices.

⚙️ Transfer to the New Server
We concluded moving EngageBot.PRO to a new hosting provider, on a more powerful server and nearer to the Telegram Datacenters (and also nearer to the server of our Instagram Library), to guarantee more stability and speed, both in checking and in the base Telegram Bot Features.


👮‍♂️ Unlimited Administrators V2.0
We updated logics of the feature “Administrators can post without respecting limits“, integrating also the possibility to ignore Limits between Premium Users, obtaining a Really Unlimited Administrator

Now, in fact, if that check will be active, the Administrator will be able to post ignoring any kind of limitrelated to the distance between posts, ignoring also special limits related to the distance between premium posts


💬 Improved Comments Length Checking
We integrated a new Comments Cleaning feature, that allows us to better check length in words of a comment.

We still base on “counting spaces”, but in a better, clean and ordered way, accepting only comments of the correct length


😂 Emoji Cleaning from Comments
You can now enable (enabled by default) or disable the emoticons Cleaning feature, that will clean emoticons from comments before checking for comments length. In fact, instagram changed the algorithms, and is not counting emojis anymore as “valid words” to grow the ranking of a photo.

If you wish to still accept emojis as words in your comments, you can disable this cleaning feature from your EngageBot.PRO panel

📆 Last Updates - March/April 2021

In this last month we focused on improving our service and stabilizing it, resolving small issues, updating some features, and adding some extra ways to customize your bots

🕐 As some of you may know, instagram during this period crashed for some hours, and this forced Facebook (the company Owning Instagram) to update their algorithms, and slow down the updates, so now it may take up to 5 minutes to publicly see a comment, or a like, under a picture.

To balance that, we had to rework our logics, and provide more accounts to check in multiple ways and try to bypass this instagram slowness.

We didn't do only that though, we also performed various different updates on both bot and panel:


📈 Better Usage Graph
We improved our usage graph, that is now reversed for easier reading, and it features a 30-days limit instead of the old 7-days.


⚙️ Tables Optimization
We technically improved our database storing strategy, in order to improve our loading speeds and bot response speeds


🔢 Improved Global Messages Time
Now the "receivers count" in global messages table is set at the end of sending process instead of during it, so it works much lighter and faster.


🇮🇹🇪🇸🇬🇧 Improved Translations
We improved all translations in the system, and we also entirely translated our periodic ads and global messages tabs, in order to give you more freedom reading messages in your language


✉️ Periodic Global Messages
As requested by many of you, we added a feature to build and send periodic global messages.
Periodic global messages are in all similar to global ads, but are sent in private chat of the users instead of sending them in the groups.
This way, you can send any kind of media, emoticon, gif, videos, and keyboards, directly to private chats


⭐️ No Tolerance on Premium Photos
You can now enable the possibility to disable tolerance on Premium Photos.
This way, any user will be Forced to engage with all premium photos, ignoring the Tolerance you set.
For example: if you have a Dx20 group, with 2 tolerance, usually members should engage with at least 18/20 photos to be able to post.
But if one of the missed photos is a premium photo, the user will get a missed engagement error instead of being able to post.


📸 Mirror Checking in Extra Checks
Now you can enable "profile checking rules" also on mirror profiles, so users will be able to post with mirror profiles only if those profiles are respecting all the limits you decided


ℹ️ Better Information Boxes
We improved our information boxes so it's easier to setup and read informations
