I appreciate that you asked me for advice. I am really happy to help you. I'll try to advise you on a few things to improve your eating habits and get fit.
First of all, try to eat only low-fat food and don't eat any bread. That would help you not to put on weight.
Secondly, you should do some exercises regularly and as well as possible. If you do this your body will be fit and strong and you will be slim and more beautiful than you are now.

First of all I would tell you to stop eating all the heavy foods with high calories and start eating healthy food which helps you keep healthy like fruits and low calories stuff and stay from meat and all that kinda stuff. Please maintain your diet list bout what day you should eat all the stuff via diet sheet...I am sure you will see the difference in 2 months that youโre being good healthy person and all the bad habits of eating had been kissed away far....I hope this advice will make you feel great and thanks me later when you see difference...
