ใ€ฝ๏ธotivational TED Talks

Where is home?

Pico Iyer has spent the past several decades on the move, incessantly hopping from one far-flung destination โ€” Ethiopia, Morocco, Indonesia โ€” to another. But the globetrotting travel writer is now convinced the most exciting place to go is nowhere at all. More and more people worldwide are living in countries not considered their own. Writer Pico Iyer โ€” who himself has three or four โ€œoriginsโ€ โ€” meditates on the meaning of home, the joy of traveling and the serenity of standing still.

You have given your best.
You have exceeded your limit.
You have performed more than you expected.
But, some people are still not satisfied with what you do.
Do not be discouraged.
As long as what you are doing is legal, keep doing it.
If they do not clap for you, clap for yourself.
If they do not praise you, praise yourself.
Do not relent.
The fact that many people do not appreciate what you are doing does not indicate that you are not doing well.
The few number of admirers you have does not make you worse than anyone else.
Hitler had millions, Jesus had 12!
Do your best and leave the rest.

There is magic in us.
When we unravel, we find pockets of gems in every fold.
Have no fear in unraveling.
Lose your mind, let it escape.
Itโ€™s only full of thoughts.
And you are not your thoughts.
You are your sighs and smiles.
You are magic.
Good morning.
Have great moments ahead.
