If you feel lost, disappointed, hesitant, or weak, return to yourself, to who you are, here and now and when you get there, you will discover yourself, like a lotus flower in full bloom, even in a muddy pond, beautiful and strong.

When your love is not just a desire for the other, when your love is not only a need, when your love is a sharing, when your love is not that of a beggar but an emperor, when your love is not asking for something in return but is ready only to give โ to give for the sheer joy of giving โ then add meditation to it and the pure fragrance is released. That is compassion; compassion is the highest phenomenon. โ OSHO

How is life Full of Choices?
When we eat too much, we make a choice to be overweight. When we drink too much, we make a choice to have a headache the next day. If we drink and drive, we choose to risk being killed or killing someone in an accident. When we ill-treat people, we choose to be ill-treated in return. When we donโt care about other people, we choose not to be cared for by them. When we light up a cigarette, we choose to invite cancer. Choices have consequences. The most important thing to understand is that we are all free to the point of making choices. but, after we make a choice, the choice controls the chooser. We have no more choices. What is success? Series of positive choices is called success and series of negative choices is called failure. We have an equal opportunity to be unequal. The choice is ours. Life can be compared to a pottery maker who shapes clay in any form he wants. Similarly we can mould our lives into any shape we want.

Session #n55: First-Person Narratives
โก๏ธ TECHNIQUES TO BEGIN YOUR STORY
An interesting beginning is as important as an interesting ending. An interesting beginning will catch the reader's attention and make him/her want to continue reading. A good ending will make him/her feel satisfied.
๐ฒ You can START your story by:
๐น a) using your senses to set the scene and describe the weather, atmosphere, surroundings or people's actions to create mystery or suspense.
e.g. I could hear the wind howling around me. It was quite dark that night and it felt strange to be out In the wilderness all alone.
๐น b) using direct speech.
e.g. "Always look on the bright side of life, kids" Mr Frisbain used to tell us.
๐น c) asking a rhetorical question . i.e. a question that does not require an answer.
e.g. Have you ever travelled by train on a warm summer night?
๐น d) addressing the reader directly.
e.g. I am sure you all know what a bargain is.
๐น e) referring to your feelings or moods.
e.g. I was exhausted because I had been painting walls all day
