Unfortunately, the service was very slow and the food was badly cooked, so you complained to the supervisor. However, he was very rude to you and insisted on your paying for the meal. You have decided to write a letter of complaint to the company's head office. Write your letter. explaining the reasons for your complaint and saying what you expect the company to do."

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to complain about the meal and the services of your restaurant.

First of all the service was slow and the food was tasteless. I had to wait for a long time for my order to be ready, and after it is served l didn't like the food it was disgusting.

Secondly, the waiter was a rude person. He did not
accept my complaint and insisted on paying for food using an impolite language.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction at your restaurant and l must insist on a full refund in addition to making an apology by the waiter. Also you should pay attention to the cooking meals that did not taste very well.
