#Completion Engineer
#Job Description :
· Prepare lists of required tools and equipment for completion running and workover operations.
· Will be in charge of carrying out the periodic inventories on completion tools and equipment's to keep updated lists of required tools/equipment's according to the planned drilling/workover plans and forecasts.
· Prepare required wellhead maintenance plans and procedures for mitigating wellhead and Xmas Tree failures and maintenance.
· Ordering required spare parts/redress kits and tools for wellhead and completion pieces of jewellery.
· Prepare and supervise fishing programs for workover
· Report wellhead and XMT integrity on monthly bases and schedule a plan for required maintenance & remediation's.
· Work in a team with well service and wellhead maintenance teams and provide the required assistance for both teams when performing routine integrity checks.
#Qualification :
- Engineering Degree in Petroleum Engineering and/or relevant working history of 15 years in the area of well interventions.
- Onsite operational experience as Well Intervention Supervisor, Well service Rig supervisor, Completion & Testing Supervisor.
- Experience in the design of Workovers, and Completion.
- Methodical approach in planning, execution, and documentation of the daily activities.
- Good computer skills, MS Office package.
- Strong team player with the ability to connect different departments and people from various cultural backgrounds.
- Able to work self-motivated in an organized fashion.
- Capability to motivate a team of young engineers, evaluate the workload and set priorities.
- Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Carry out daily and weekly routine checks for all facilities in The GOSP & GUP.
- Operate the facilities according to good oilfield practice.
- Actively promote a safe working environment.
- Ensure 100 % compliance with the Permit to Work (PTW) system
- Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly operational reports
- Isolate, shut down and restart equipment for the maintenance crew
- Support the optimization of process facilities to achieve safe operation and maximized plant efficiency.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of projects related his area of responsibility
- Assist in the update of procedures and P&ID’s
- Support all colleagues and integrate new employees.
- Ensure perfect house keeping inside the GOSP & GUP.

- Ensure construction activities conform to relevant international standards i.e., ASME, API.
- Liaise with on-site Third-Party Inspection for co-ordination of NDT / Inspection requirements
- Ensure activities are conducted and completed in accordance to the companies HSE policies.
- Maintain daily activity logs for projects and issue a close out statement after completion.
- Ensure site GMS Maintenance Management System is updated on completion of construction / maintenance activities.
- Prepare Work Permits as required for each activity as per the Permit to Work system.
- Act as Performing Authority and ensure toolbox talks are completed for each critical work activity and all precautions adhered to at all times.
- Actively promote a safe work environment and good standards of housekeeping.
- Review activities on a continuous basis and identify possibilities for improvement and application of new technologies.
- Maintain good communications with all relevant departments and contractors.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE :
- 10 years of related experience in oil and gas fields.
- 3 years of experience in supervising maintenance and construction teams.
- Work experience in live plants and hazardous areas.
- Good communication skills to work with multinational work force.
- MS Office knowledge, maintenance planning software.
- Good knowledge of international standards.
