We are seeking a skilled “Senior Technical Architect” to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating technical packages, overseeing teams, and collaborating closely with the design department. They will be dedicated to preserving the design intent of projects from the design development stage to project completion.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Generate comprehensive technical packages in alignment with project requirements.
• Coordinate with the different disciplines in the project (MEP, Structure, etc.) to make sure all the disciplines are aligned and to avoid any clashes.
• Manage, hire & oversight guidance to the technical team to ensure technical accuracy and adherence to design intent.
• Liaise effectively with the design department to ensure seamless integration of technical aspects.
• Conduct material studies, create material boards, collect samples and contribute to specifications development.
• Communicate with clients and handle meetings.
• Conduct site visits for clarifications on site.
• Create Bills of Quantities (BOQs) to support project execution.
• Stay abreast of new technologies, software, and tech products relevant to the role and project perfection.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in technical design and project management within the architecture industry.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
