Job Description :
Day-to-day management of the site,including supervising and monitoring the site labor force.
Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
Prepare materials & equipment required to meet with the project timeline.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Civil
Minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience.
Must have previous experience in finishing and Construction Background is a must
Professional use of AutoCAD- MS office applications (word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work well with a variety of people and personalities

•Prepare and review shop drawings (HVAC/FF/PL)
•Prepare quantity survey for all projects
•Modify the technical and quantity surveys according to consultant/ client requirements and send them to the contracting dep. (as per need)
Study project to understand the nature of project and contract type.
•Make quantity survey for lump sum projects in order to make determine actual quantities.
•Send RFQs to suppliers as per vendor list to get the suitable price.
•Compare offers from suppliers to comply with provided specs, drawings, project time, and project needs.
•Breakdown project’s cost items and create project quotations, in addition to negotiating with the vendors regarding the material prices
•Make financial and technical offer

Education: •Mechanical engineering bachelor degree
Experience: •0-1 Year Experience
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office
Language: Good Command of the English language
