I FURNITURE GROUP a leading furniture manufacturing company located in Alexandria, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee on-site activities related to our projects. The ideal candidate will be a resident of Alexandria and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of interior finishing works, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor all on-site interior finishing activities.
Ensure that all work is carried out according to the project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and the production team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Monitor progress against the project schedule and report any delays or issues.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve any technical problems.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and procedures on site.
Manage and organize site materials and resources effectively.
Prepare site reports and documentation as required.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure the feasibility and quality of the interior finishes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design (Fine Arts).
Proven experience of 2-3 years in interior finishing works, preferably within a manufacturing or construction environment.
Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and construction techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
Must be a resident of Alexandria, Egypt.
