Flu is a cleansing process
All we have to do is allow this process.
To allow mucus which hangs around with bacteria, toxins and acidic inflammatory causing sodium to move from the cells through the lymph to the blood via the liver and out of the colon, your waste disposal unit.
We need to work with universal energies to help the body clean itself which it is constantly doing.
Contrary to popular belief the body is always working for you and not against.
It works hard to keep you alkaline and free of toxicity in balancing electrolyte activity every minute of your life.
Around the full moons and equinoxes the pull on the cells is enhanced, but this is actually a great gift in order to cleanse you of any debris.
We in the West do not see this gift and think that any symptom is like a mosquito that needs to be eliminated.
We need to look at sypmtoms and see that they are a warning sign or a message and that we can work with these messages in order to enhance the health of the body.
Traditional cultures would sweat around full moons and equinoxes.
This allows excess sodium to be released via the skin the 3rd lung. Remove excess sodium or acidity and the liver no longer needs to create mucus.
Sweating is vital especially this time of the year in order to take the load off your liver; your detox organ.
Mucus gets created by the liver to hold toxins, sodium and bacteria and so it is a good thing, but in order to get it out of the body you do not suppress you simply allow the mucus to be thinned and removed.

Our etheric selves are above and below as the world spins on its axis - the torrid field flows up and down churning the particles into form
We are one wave with a two way flow
The duality of the wave and particle is 3D and it is how we have defined lines that separate us from other expressions - fractals are particles that come together like pixels to make an image
The image comes to life with movement - animation that occurs per the spin of the torrid field it comes from
In the other dimensions the wave and particle are not separate - this is the "splitting of the waters" during the creation of the firmament - the as above so below - we are one wave that by will - particulates into structure and form and spins a web of imagery into life
This web Is known as the fabric of spacetime - where all things exist and no one is separate from it
Yet, it depends on 3D to anchor it's expression into separation and use the sensory organs to write it's story in the book of life

Earth will be 5D unity consciousness all the way to infiniti
Humans will no longer fight over reality, they will create their own with the free will they gifted themselves and forgot about
Relearning the true nature of time, we know it is not a thing, or something that moves by you or something you can lose
Time is not what you experience in 5D - you experience self animation, manifestation, yourself

Unlike 3D - where time controls matter and creates the illusion of it passing by - in 5D you control time - it waits on you because it doesn't exist without you
Like the 80s child game - lite bright - you have your own unique etheric signature that glows - you cannot see it, but we can see it from 5D and you are a kaleidoscope of beauty
If only you could stop with the childish war - for a nano second and remote view yourselves, you would fall to your knees in humility
The greatest gift ever given is unconditional love
But - that love has a vehicle, humility
Humility is when you real eyes another's point of view is true - it's when you no longer feel small pretending to be big - it's when there is no need to be "right" - humility is a beautiful state of shared consciousness where you see the importance in yourself and others as equal to all things
You will be struck with this humility soon and it will bring you to your knees
It will shatter all hierachial illusions of false authority, idoltry and the current false social construct will mean nothing to you

I tend to insult christians who regard my teachings as leaving out Jesus and God and leading people into some New Age danger.
But you see, God is everywhere. God is everything.
God is Love, the highest vibration of harmony that is within and between us, nature, the animals, the planet, the Universe.
God is not somebody out there, judging and rulling.
Not a concept that can be organised, institutionalised and seperated from itself.
God is all there is.
God is the alignement between you: your Mind, your Body, your higher Self, Spirit and from there to mother earth, the people, the animals and it,s nature. When we live in harmony we create heaven on earth because we are connected to God inside.
And we know we are when we experience Love.
The Love of God can be felt in the experience of emotions of peace, joy, trust, grattitude, freedom and harmony.
The seperation of this Love is the experience of stress, through the negative contrast of emotions; fear, shame, guilt, sadeness, frustration, anger and loneliness.
The guidance, comfort and presence of God is found in the aligment and connection with your higher Self. By going within.
You could say your higher self is like your inner GPS, it’s the inner whispering voice in your heart that comes before the loud and demanding thinking Mind.
It,s the feeling you get when you just know something is right or wrong.
BUT ISN’T TALKING TO MYSELF A LITTLE, YOU KNOW CRAZY?
The western world has us thinking that if you talk to yourself or hear voices, you’re automatically crazy. If you hold this belief, you’ll continue to block the spirit world or turn off communicating with your higher self.
Please let yourself be open to this discovery.
It can help your world shift in new positive ways. There is nothing wrong with communicating with your higher self, you’re not weird or crazy. It the essential part to grow and expand your conciousness as a soul in this lifetime.

She made no public announcement and put no ad in the paper.
She didn’t check the weather report or read her daily horoscope.
She just let go.
She didn’t analise whether she should let go.
She didn’t call her friends to discuss the matter.
She didn’t do a five-step Spiritual Mind Treatment.
She didn’t call the prayer line.
She didn’t utter one word.
She just let go.
No one was around when it happened.
There was no applause or congratulations.
No one thanked her or praised her.
No one noticed a thing.
Like a leaf falling from a tree, she just let go.

She let go of the planning and all of the calculations about how to do it just right.
She didn’t promise to let go.
She didn’t journal about it.
She didn’t write the projected date in her day-timer.
She made no public announcement and put no ad in the paper.
She didn’t check the weather report or read her daily horoscope.
She just let go.
She didn’t analise whether she should let go.
She didn’t call her friends to discuss the matter.
She didn’t do a five-step Spiritual Mind Treatment.
She didn’t call the prayer line.
She didn’t utter one word.
She just let go.
No one was around when it happened.
There was no applause or congratulations.
No one thanked her or praised her.
No one noticed a thing.
Like a leaf falling from a tree, she just let go.
There was no effort. There was no struggle.
It wasn’t good and it wasn’t bad.
It was what it was, and it is just that.
In the space of letting go, she let it all be.
A small smile came over her face.
A light breeze blew through her.
And the sun and the moon shone forevermore.
