Hello everyone, as I wrote before, I said I would be needing some time to recollect my thoughts and organize myself, to bring actual news for this business, a really big change. This post will be for that.

First things first, a very resumed explanation for my delays on commissions. In the year 2023 and 2024, I suffered the loss of multiple pets, including my heart cat, as well as several emergency trips to the vet for one of my birds. I was having a rough time mentally and burned out, and was diagnosed with ADHD, which has explained a lot and I am to this day still learning to manage it.
All of these issues were written about in updates on my channel, I understand that in this time, this might sound like "excuses", but they really took a toll on me mentally.

I have only been dishonest about one thing, I do have a trello and you may now access it through the website.
I kept it hidden as it brought me a tremendous amount of shame, of the amount of work piled over the last couple of years. I understand this will be scary to look at, and it's one of the reasons I kept it hidden, because I know as a client how daunting all of this can be, but I assure to each and every one of you that your commission will be finished, and those interested in a refund can ask for one.

When it comes to personal projects, I do not have much to stand on besides wanting to do something here and there, to keep myself from being burnt out and overwhelmed, I apologize for seeming like I'm not prioritizing work, I guarantee that all my personal projects have been worked on my own free time, and not during work hours.

I heard your concerns, so my TOS has been revised, rewritten and updated (especially when it comes to refund policy).

I will also be replying to every message and concern, if I missed anyone, please message me again. I will always get back to you, even if I take a bit, my intention here was never to scam or ghost anyone, while I understand how some may feel the opposite, I will always get back to you, your commission will be complete, and your concerns will be heard.
I am always trying to do better, I fully acknowledge and will take accountability for my mistakes and errors.

Regarding my queue:
As mentioned above, my trello is now public so that all clients can follow progress of their commission in full transparency (admittedly belated). After messing up by accepting a lot of orders during difficult times, I am facing my consequences.

The list is big, but there are things that need to be pointed out:
• We are a team of 3, sometimes 4 people, which means we can work on several projects at the same time.
• A few projects are already close to delivery, while others are in several different stages of progress.
• The majority are partials, which take less time.

Frequent updates will be posted, including WIPs, so everyone can see the real-time progress.
On average, by myself, I can complete a head in 3-4 days, but with the help from my small team, production will increase by a lot.

My goal here is to make sure that everyone feels confident knowing that:
• Their place in queue is secured.
• There will be constant progress.
• No commission will ever be abandoned.

If despite everything written above, you decide to opt out, please DM me to ask for a refund. You will be placed in a separate trello for refunds, that I will try and provide as soon as I possibly can. I may occasionally take a commission slot (less likely) or do premades (most likely) to be able to send off refunds + keep my self afloat.

If I do not reply in a timely manner, you may reach out to @Blacktiger_2k and @Lobolakil, as they are my managers and will help me get communication out as fast as possible.
