Many Iranians have already written to you and asked for the reconsideration of your decision to award Dr. Naser Simforoosh, a physician involved in impeding Iranian people’s access to the COVID-19 vaccine. Dr. Simforoosh is openly pro-IRGC and is meaningfully involved in their actions, he was among the 63 physicians who signed a letter in support of IRGC after they shot down the PS752 flight in a pure act of terrorism in January 2020. 1. No incident or trend can and should not
undermine the memory and name of martyr General Hajj Qasem Soleimani and the nation's great uprising in the funeral ceremony of the holy body of that eternal leader.

2. The accident of the passenger plane crash
and the martyrdom of a group of dear compatriots following the occurrence of a human error are deeply upsetting and the events leading to this incident should be thoroughly investigated. While offering our condolences to the families of victims in Iran, Ukraine, Canada and Sweden, we emphasize on careful investigation and fair treatment and making necessary corrections in processes.

3. The occurrence of such a mistake in such
a sensitive war condition caused by the hostile and criminal government of the United States does not in any way diminish the greatness, strength and authority of the armed forces and the proud and heroic IRGC.

4. We consider the terrorist regime of the
United States and its president to be the main cause of all this unjust bloodshed, and we insist on justice and revenge for all these crimes until the complete expulsion
of the American occupiers from the region.

I am certain you are aware that Qasem Soleimani was sanctioned by the United Nations and the European Union, and was declared a terrorist by the United States in 2005.

Dr Simforoosh does not represent the people of Iran in any shape or form, and rather has been involved with organisations working to oppress people. This award should not go to such person.

To the Nobel Committee,

Your invitation to the ambassador of the Islamic Republic for the Nobel Peace Prize ceremony cannot be considered the same as the title of the ceremony.

Iran's regime is a dictator and dangerous for the whole world, an example can be seen in the war in Ukraine, this fact is not hidden from anyone. Can the ambassador of such a bloodthirsty dictator represent anything other than war and bloodshed?
So why should someone who represents war be present at the peace ceremony that is being held?

The Nobel Peace Prize for the year 2022 was given to the human rights advocate Ales Bialiatski from Belarus, the Russian human rights organization Memorial, and the Ukrainian human rights organization Center for Civil Liberties. One of the arguments (translated from Norwegian) given from the Committee was that:
‘’The Prize winners represents the civil society in their home countries. They have through many years fronted the right to critique power, as well as fronting basic human rights for the citizens of their countries. They have marked themselves exceptionally in their efforts to document crimes of war, human rights violations and the abuse of power. Together, they represent the importance of civil society for peace and democracy”.
This passage from the Committee begs the question: when this is the very reasoning for this year’s Prize, isn’t it quite paradoxical that the Islamic Republic's ambassador is invited as a guest to the Peace Prize ceremony 10th of December in Oslo?

How can we offer a prize to someone supporting the values and work of the institute, while at the same time having invited guests that desperately and cowardly fights those values? Many see the faults in this logic because it delegitimizes the handing over of an important symbolic prize. For example, the Swedes see this, as they have decided that the ambassadors from Russia, Belarus and Islamic Republic are not invited to the Nobel Prize Ceremony.
When the Norwegian Nobel Institute invites the ambassador of Iran as the official and accepted representative of one of the most brutal and repressive regimes in the world to the Nobel Peace Prize, it means that it still does not believe in what they are doing and cannot distinguish peace from war.

We demand that the Norwegian Nobel Committee, The Norwegian Nobel Institute and their affiliated partners withdraw the invitation given to the Islamic Republic's ambassador in relation to this year’s ceremony for the Nobel Peace Prize 10th of December 2022 in Oslo.

Dear Mayor Bowser,
I am reaching out to express my concern for the unfolding human rights violations committed by the Islamic Regime in Iran.
 
On September 14, 2022, a 22-year-old Iranian woman, Mahsa Amini, was arrested by so called morality police for “improperly” wearing her hijab. Amini was taken to morality police headquarters for an “education and orientation” class. A few hours later, her brother learned that she had been taken to the hospital. On September 15, Iran’s Police Information Center claimed that Amini had suffered a cardiac seizure while in custody and was transferred to the hospital. Shortly after, a video was released which showed Amini entering the “orientation class” and suddenly falling to the ground. Tragically, Amini passed away on September 16.
 
Amini’s death has led to protests across Iran against Tehran’s security forces and the Iranian government. Since the beginning of these protests in September, more than 290 people including minors have been killed all over the country by direct gun shooting at peaceful protestors by terrorist IRGC (Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps) group; thousands of people including children, have been brutally beaten and thousand more were arrested illegally and are still being detained and tortured in the regime’s prisons.
 
It is only humane to support the Iranian people's movement against their terrorist regime. Additionally, supporting the Iranian people's cause for freedom is closely aligned with the vision and mission of your administration, your party, and the United States of America.
We have witnessed you and your fellow elected officials take a stand to support freedom of speech and freedom of expression many times throughout the past years. Please, do not turn a blind eye to the unfolding atrocities in Iran today.
 
As you know, The Islamic Republic of Iran has no active embassy in the United States and the only official office representing the regime is The Interests Section of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the United States, located at 1250 23rd St NW, Washington, DC 20037.
 
In accordance with all said above, hereby I ask that, as the Mayor of the District of Columbia, you act and show your support for the Iranian people by commemorative renaming of the related segment of 23rd St NW in DC to MAHSA AMINI St. under the Code of the District of Columbia. This segment of 23rd St is located between M St NW and N St NW.
 
I ask for your support to fulfil this request as this regime does not represent the people of Iran in any way. This commemorative renaming to Amini’s name who has become the symbol of this movement worldwide, is a strong message to the Iranian government and is a perfect way to show the world that Washington, DC and The United States of America stand with the Iranian people and their rights.
 
The American population of Iranian descent all over the United States contributes positively to American society in every sector and now I hope you honor my trust in you as a US citizen through this supporting action.

خانم بهار داوری، دختر رضا داوری وزیر فرهنگستان علوم و از مسببان انقلاب فرهنگی در دهه شصت، هم اكنون استاد دانشگاه سن‌ديه‌گو مي‌باشد. اين شخص اخيرا طی مقاله‌ای اظهار كرده قانون حجاب اجباری اصلا جدید نیست و به ۱۲۰۰٠ سال پیش برمی‌گردد.

بهار داوری، بعد از داستان‌سرایی طولانی در اين مقاله، خواست مردم ايران را نه تنها فقط به حجاب اختياری تقليل می‌دهد، بلکه می‌فرمايد این‌ها همه ریشه در تحریم‌های خارجی و مديريت اشتباه دارد(و رژيم تقصيری ندارد)!

او در هيچ كجای اين متن بلند بالا، اشاره‌ایی به خواست مردم ايران براي تغيير رژيم و انقلاب نكرده است. همچنين خفقان و جنايات حكومت ديكتاتوری جمهوری اسلامي و كشته‌شدن صدها تن از نوجوانان و كودكان توسط اشرار علی خامنه‌ایی را پنهان نموده است.

اين يعني نمونه‌ایی‌ ديگر از تلاش برای عادی نشان‌دادن حكومت جمهوری اسلامی توسط عادی‌سازان شر.

We as Iranians have been notified of an article one of your university professors, Ms. Bahar Davari, has written about Iran and more importantly Iranian Women with the title “Opinion: The struggle for justice by Iranian women has a long history but the conversation is changing”.
After thouroughly reading her article, we strongly reject all her claims regarding the reasons and roots of this revolution currently happening.
Ms. Davari has actively tried to ignore the demands of Iranian people and linked the Uprisings to irrelevant issues such as the US sanctions.
It is worth mentioning that Ms. Davari’s father, Reza Davari, is one of the accredited trustees of the Islamic Republic Regime, so much so that they call him “the philosopher of the Islamic Revolution”. In some of his previous interviews, he defends the 1979 revolution. Hence, one cannot accredit Ms. Davari’s comments without noting the fact that she cannot be impartial.
In this article she explains extensively that “Hijab” has a 12000-year-old background even before IRR and that Iranian people are protesting only because they want “Voluntary hijab”.
Not also that but Ms. Davari also writes that “Global solidarity implies acknowledging that the protests are part of the bigger struggle for dignity for the people of Iran who have suffered the mismanagement within the country, and have faced over 40 years of harsh economic sanctions(https://youtu.be/q0kyi66t9ic) with severe impacts for the people. The current rate of inflation is at 52 percent(https://tradingeconomics.com/iran/inflation-cpi) and in the case of basic necessities, 82 percent.”
First of all, it is extremely hypocritical to call what is currently happening in Iran “Mismanagement within the country” and to also suggest that the “revolution” currently going on for more than 40 days in approximately 50 cities in addition to 300 people getting killed along with 15000 people being arrested is the result of “harsh economic impacts of sanctions and inflation”.
We ask you to not let people such as Ms. Davari give a false account of what is currently happening in Iran and what Iranians are after, which is to change the regime completely and overthrow the current Totalitarian Dictator regime.
We ask that the magazine:
1- Remove the aforementioned article which has so many questionable sentences in it.
2- Publish any news from Iran’s current revolution from reliable and authentic sources which are not writing for the benefit of the Islamic Republic Regime or defending their barbaric savegaries.

We are the real voice of Revolution. Hear us and Be our Voice.

To Whom It May Concern,
To suppress the mass demonstrations all over Iran, the evil Islamic Republic regime in Iran utilises the most brutal methods to intimidate, threaten, and crack down on protesters. As you know, they have killed so many protesters by shotguns and batons.
They have killed more than 52 children under the age of 18 and even attacked schools and killed students.
Besides these crimes, more than thousands of Iranian protesters have been arrested and are currently under brutal torture and harsh conditions in Islamic Republic prisons.
The dictatorship Islamic Republic of Iran has been holding "unofficial" trials for nine detained protesters have and convicted them of charges that are punishable by death according to Islamic law, and the death sentence of two of them (Mohammad Ghobadloo and Abbas Deris) has been finalized recently. This corrupt regime has subjected them to severe torture that has led to false confessions and forbade them access to their own lawyers. This practice is illegal, even under the current regime constitution too! And this is one of many reasons that the people deserve and demand a regime change.
In fact, they will likely finalize and execute the punishment soon because the dictatorship is going to commit mass murder in order to instill fear in the populace and put an end to the other protests. So, for this reason, and since there are no functional human rights organizations, judicial independence, and fair court in Iran, we are reaching you to sincerely ask you to utilize your power and influence to exert pressure on the Islamic Republic government for terminating the execution.
