في 16 سبتمبر، نشرت الصحفية الإيرانية نيلوفر حميدي، خبر دخول مهسا أميني المستشفى لأول مرة، مما أدى إلى اعتقالها وسجنها. اتهمتها الحكومة الإيرانية بارتكاب أنشطة تجسس ضد البلاد وأعلنت عن مزاعم كاذبة ضدها. ووجهت نفس المزاعم ضد صحفي آخر، إلهه محمدي، الذي قُبض عليه في 26 سبتمبر / أيلول، وبالتالي اتُهم بالتدرب في أعمال تجسس نفذتها حكومة الولايات المتحدة.

هذه الادعاءات الموجهة ضدهم يمكن أن تؤدي إلى إعدامهم أو إلى أحكام أخرى حدثت من قبل فيما يتعلق بالاتهامات التي فرضتها الحكومة الإيرانية ضد الصحفيين الذين فعلوا فقط ما يُتوقع منهم القيام به كصحفيين.

فيما يتعلق بالوضع المميت لهذين الصحفيين والعديد من النشطاء الآخرين في مجال الإعلام في إيران، فإن دعمكم يمكن أن يساعد في إنقاذ العديد من الأرواح المهددة من قبل النظام الإسلامي الإيراني.

بازتاب تعرض به جان و امنیت معترضان در فراسوی مرزها بسیار مهم و کلیدی است. جمهوری جنایت‌کار اسلامی با برنامه‌ریزی چنین عملیات تروریستی نشان داد نه تنها به آلمان و شهروندانش، بلکه به آزادی بیان هیچ یک از کشورهای جهان احترام نمی‌گذارد و مادامی که در قدرت است، هیچ‌کس در هیچ‌کجای جهان از جنایات و آسیب‌های این رژیم خونخوار در امان نیست. وقت آن رسیده که به همراه نمایندگان پارلمان آلمان به جهان نشان دهیم جمهوری اسلامی نه تنها مشکل ایرانیان که مشکل جهان انسان‌های آزاد است.

I hope this email finds you well.
I would like to thank you for your supports of the Iranian protestors living in Germany. The freedom rally in Berlin on October 22nd has shown the huge number of our protestors to the world, and ongoing demonstrations in various cities every Saturday have shown consistency in our demands.

But now is the time to take the support to the next stage, because the Islamic Republic has seriously and openly brought danger into the borders of your safe country.

According to the “Iran international” news channel, a group of Iranians who were protesting in front of the embassy of the Islamic Republic in Berlin were attacked on the night of October 29th. The attackers were five people armed with knives and weapons who stabbed one of the protestors with a knife and then ran away. The German police declared they would find the attackers, after being on the scene and conducting the necessary investigations.

However, it is not just a matter of finding and punishing the attackers. The serious problem is that the Islamic Republic has simply allowed itself to create insecurity even within the borders of a European country and attack the citizens of this country.

We demand you to:
1- Strongly condemn this attack and the responsible.
2- End your normal cooperation and communication with the Islamic Republic regime and expel their ambassador.
3- Ensure the security of your citizens, especially the Iranian and non-Iranian protesters, whose actions have all been legal and with respect to the laws of Germany.

Just last September, A court in Iran found Zahra Seddiqi Hamedani, 31, and Elham Choubdar, 24, guilty of "corruption on Earth" and "trafficking". They sentenced to death in relation to their support for the human rights of LGBTQ+ people. Now, it's been a long time that no one knows what's going to them and their life is in real danger.

We hereby request you and all those who care about human rights and those who defend the rights of LGBTQ+ society, to hold this oppressive regime accountable for their brutal actions against Iranian lgbtq+ minorities.

We hereby request you to take some major actions to stop the execution procedure of Zahra and Elham, before it becomes too late and before we lose them.

Il governo dell'Iran l'ha accusata di aver commesso attività di spionaggio contro il paese e ha annunciato false accuse contro di lei. Le stesse accuse sono mosse contro un'altra giornalista, Elahe Mohammadi, che è stata arrestata il 26 settembre e di conseguenza accusata di essere un tirocinante di atti di spionaggio condotti dal governo degli Stati Uniti. Queste accuse che sono fatte contro di loro possono portare alla loro esecuzione o altre condanne che si sono verificate prima in merito alle accuse imposte dal governo dell'Iran contro i giornalisti che hanno semplicemente fatto quello che si aspettano di fare come giornalisti. Per quanto riguarda la fatale situazione di questi due giornalisti e di molti altri attivisti nel campo dei media in Iran, il vostro sostegno potrebbe contribuire a salvare molte vite minacciate dal regime islamico dell'Iran.

Iranians in Danger of Execution

This letter is addressed to those who have the power to be Iranians' voice and bring the attention of the international community to a nation living under the Islamic Republic regime.   

I am writing to you – in collective action with fellow Iranians – to inform you about teenage and young Iranian protestors who have been given a death sentence simply for protesting for their basic human rights.

Their names are Mohammad Ghobadlou, Saman Seyedi, Saeed Shirazi, Mohammad Boroughani, Abolfazl Mehri Hossein Hajilou, Mohsen Rezazadeh Gharagholou, and Manoochehr Mehmannavaz. 

They have been arrested for participating in the ongoing revolution in Iran. This verdict is nonsensical and unacceptable for people who fight bare-handed on the streets to get their freedom back. The majority of these protestors are teenagers and very young people. 

For instance, Mohammad Ghobadlou is a 22-year-old from the new city of Parand who was detained on September 3rd and tried by Branch fifteen of the Tehran Revolutionary Court headed by Abolqasem Salavati. Mohammad’s lawyer was dismissed and not allowed into the court. His death sentence was issued in his first court hearing without any lawyer. The court plans to execute him shortly. The same situation applies to the other mentioned detainees – and many other detainees whose names we do not know yet.

We, the Iranian people, are doing everything in our power to prevent more killings of innocent people. These unjustified killings have long become a habit for this regime. Navid Afkari, the Iranian wrestling star, got executed not long ago, on 12 September 2020, due to a false accusation of murdering a regime guard.

We must put pressure on this terrorist regime by bringing its atrocities to light and the world’s attention. We ask anyone with power and a voice to help us prevent the killings of more innocent people. 

Please be our voice and help us.

Hamid Negarestani, born in Kerman, is an IRGC guard who has been transferred to Isfahan. He currently continues to severely torture Toomaj Salehi, and his life is in great danger. 

I invite those with awakened consciences to help us save the life of Toomaj Salehi.

I am writing to you on behalf of Iranian people concerning the current political situation in Iran.
First, I would like to thank you for your solidarity and your actions so far. However, this is not enough
The protests have been going on for about seven weeks in over 190 cities in Iran. Even the people in cities and villages, where there have been no protests in recent years are now involved. The protests have also reached universities and schools, which are being crushed with great brutality by the security authorities. The protests are no longer just about women's rights, but about the end of this regime.
According to human rights groups, hundreds of people have been killed so far during these protests, including children and young people. Hundreds of people have also been arrested so far. What will happen to those arrested is still unclear. Our elites, academics, political activists, journalists, and Instagram bloggers are also at risk in the Islamic Republic's prisons. It is even dangerous for Iranians in the diaspora to criticize the regime on social media. Their safety and that of their family is at risk.
People in Iran are just fighting for their basic rights. Have you not seen the pictures and videos from Iran? Why are you hesitating? How many more people must be killed or arrested?  Are your negotiations with the Islamic Republic and the nuclear talks more important than human rights? The West cannot continue the talks with a regime that kills people so brutally and rapes young women.
The EU sanctions against Iranian institutions and individuals are not enough. We need more support from the EU now and today. We demand the EU countries to stop the relations with the Islamic Republic of Iran completely.
We don't want the Islamic Republic. We want an end to the Islamic Republic. Please stand on the side of the people of Iran.

Questa lettera è indirizzata a coloro che hanno il potere di essere la voce degli iraniani e di portare l'attenzione della comunità internazionale su una nazione che vive sotto il regime della Repubblica islamica.

Vi scrivo – in un'azione collettiva con altri iraniani – per informarvi di manifestanti iraniani adolescenti e giovani che sono stati condannati a morte semplicemente per aver protestato per i loro diritti umani fondamentali.

I loro nomi sono
Mohammad Ghobadlou, Saman Seyyedi, Saeed Shirazi, Mohammad Boroughani, Abolfazl Mehri Hossein Hajilou, Mohsen Rezazadeh Gharagholou e Manoochehr Mehmannavaz.

Sono stati arrestati per aver partecipato alla rivoluzione in corso in Iran. Questo verdetto è insensato e inaccettabile per le persone che combattono a mani nude per le strade per riottenere la loro libertà. La maggior parte di questi manifestanti sono adolescenti e giovanissimi. Ad esempio, Mohammad Ghobadlou è un 22enne della nuova città di Parand, che è stato arrestato il 3 settembre e processato dalla Sezione quindici del Tribunale Rivoluzionario di Teheran guidato da Abolqasem Salavati. L'avvocato di Mohammad è stato licenziato e non è stato ammesso in tribunale. La sua condanna a morte è stata emessa durante la sua prima udienza in tribunale senza alcun avvocato. La corte prevede di giustiziarlo a breve. La stessa situazione vale per gli altri detenuti menzionati – e molti altri detenuti di cui non conosciamo ancora i nomi.

Noi, il popolo iraniano, stiamo facendo tutto ciò che è in nostro potere per prevenire ulteriori uccisioni di persone innocenti. Queste uccisioni ingiustificate sono diventate da tempo un'abitudine per questo regime. Navid Afkari, Il star del wrestling iraniano, è stato giustiziato non molto tempo fa, il 12 settembre 2020, a causa di una falsa accusa di aver ucciso una guardia del regime.
Dobbiamo fare pressione su questo regime terroristico portando alla luce le sue atrocità e l'attenzione del mondo.

Chiediamo a chiunque abbia potere e voce di aiutarci a prevenire l'uccisione di persone più innocenti.

⚪ پاسخ به سوالات پرتکرار

○ برای ایمیل‌زدن چگونه متن‌ها را از اینجا کپی کنیم؟

بسیار پیش آمده بعضی از عزیزان در قسمت نظرات به ما پیشنهاد داده‌اند متن ایمیل و موضوع را در پست‌های جداگانه قرار دهیم تا رونوشت(کپی) برداشتن آسانی داشته باشد. نیاز به این کار نیست چون روش ساده‌تری برای کپی‌کردن وجود دارد.
متن‌ها به صورت Mono یعنی در حالت آماده برای کپی هستند. تنها کافیست هنگام مشاهده‌ی نوشته متن ایمیل یا موضوع را لمس(کلیک) کنید. به طور خودکار نوشته‌‌ها به حافظه‌ی صفحه کلید شما انتقال می‌یابند.
توجه کنید نیاز نیست به قسمت ویرایش(Edit) متن رفته و بعد از انتخاب قسمتی از متن گزینه‌ی کپی را بزنید.
در حالت مشاهده متن را لمس کنید.


○ آیا همه‌ی آدرس‌ها را کپی کرده و به قسمت گیرنده ایمیل‌مان منتقل کنیم و متن را به صورت گروهی بفرستیم؟

خیر، بهتر است و پیشنهاد می‌شود ایمیل‌ها به صورت تک‌تک و جداگانه به هر آدرس فرستاده شود. چون در ارسال به صورت گروهی مخاطب سایر گیرنده‌ها را هم می‌بیند و این امر از رسمی‌بودن و اعتبار کار می‌کاهد.
توجه کنید اگر آدرس‌ها را در قسمت Bcc وارد کنید، تنها گیرنده‌ی سه ایمیل اول اسامی بقیه‌ی گیرنده‌ها را نمی‌بینند.


○ آیا ایمیل فرستادن محدودیت دارد و ممکن است حساب کاربری ما معلق شود؟

بله، اما محدودیت آن ۱۰۰۰۰ ایمیل در روز است. پس در استفاده‌های شخصی و فردی مشکلی پیش نمی‌آید.


○ چه کنیم که ایمیل ما اسپم تشخیص داده نشود؟

حتما نام و نام خانوادگی پایین متن ایمیل قید شود(حقیقی یا تقلبی، تفاوتی ندارد). سعی کنید تغییراتی حتی کوچک در متن و موضوع ایمیل به وجود آورید.


○ آیا جواب ایمیل‌هایی که شماره تماس و اطلاعات شخصی ما را می‌خواهند بدهیم؟

گاهی پیش می‌آید خبرگزاری‌ها برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات بیشتر یا مستندکردن اطلاعات این‌گونه درخواست‌ها را از مخاطب دارند. هرچند خبرگزاری‌ها به طور قانونی موظف به رعایت خط مشی رازداری هستند اما توصیه می‌کنم افرادی که داخل ایران عزیز سکونت دارند به خاطر شرایط حساس و خاص جواب این گونه ایمیل‌ها را ندهند.


○ آیا دریافت تعداد زیادی ایمیل باعث زیر سوال رفتن اعتبار متون نمی‌شود؟

خیر، بلکه باعث توجه گیرندگان ایمیل به حساسیت موضوع در نظر عام می‌شود و ارزش خبری یا اقدام نسبت به آن موضوع را بالا می‌برد.

The Islamic Republic regime has been holding "unofficial" courts for protesters that have been detained in the past 45 days in Iran. The regime authorities have got false confessions under extreme brutal tortures from the protesters as young as 17 years old, while they were denied the right to have LAWYERS to defend them! Now Regime has issued DEATH PENALTY for them.

Please put pressure on the Islamic Republic to repeal these inhumane verdicts. Otherwise, soon we will witness a dark point in history that can be compared to Holocaust, as 14,000 people have been arrested unlawfully so far.
