پس اگر نمی‌تونین امضا کنید، کمترین کاری که می‌تونیم انجام بدیم نشر زیاد و کمک به دیده‌شدن بیشتر و رسیدن به دست ایرانیان مقیم آلمان هست.

❌ درخواست عدم دعوت سفیر جمهوری اسلامی به مراسم اهدای جوایز نوبل 》 منقضی

سفرای روسیه و بلاروس از مراسم اهدای جایزه نوبل امسال در استکهلم به دلیل جنگ در اوکراین حذف شدند.
بنیاد نوبل، یک بنیاد خصوصی که جوایز معتبر را اداره می کند، معمولاً سفرای مستقر در سوئد را به مراسم سالانه جایزه در 10 دسامبر دعوت می‌کند.
در بیانیه‌ای که روز سه‌شنبه منتشر شد، آمده است: «اما به دلیل تهاجم روسیه به اوکراین، بنیاد نوبل تصمیم گرفته است که سفرای روسیه و بلاروس را به مراسم جایزه نوبل در استکهلم دعوت نکند."

با توجه به جنایات رژیم جمهوری اسلامی امروز بر آن شدیم که از بنیاد نوبل بخوایم تا از دعوت سفیر این نظام جرم و جنایت صرف نظر کند تا بازتاب این خبر بیش پیش پرده از چهره‌ی این جانیان در چشم جهانیان بردارد.

As you may already know, Iranian people are now protesting in Iran, fighting for their most basic human rights and their freedom. The Iranian government on the other hand, is brutally killing people. To date, over 200 people have been killed by the regime in the demonstrations.

We were informed that certain representatives and diplomats of the Iranian regime are invited to attend the Nobel Prize ceremony. While the Iranian regime kills and arrests many innocent people, this kind of action by the Nobel Foundation goes against the spirit of the Nobel Prize and is also contrary to the will of Alferd Nobel in 1895 which clearly stated that "and one part to the person who has done the most or best to advance fellowship among nations, the abolition or reduction of standing armies, and the establishment and promotion of peace congresses".

Now, the Nobel Foundation is inviting diplomats and representatives from the barbaric regime to the Nobel Peace Prize ceremony?

We appeal to the Nobel Foundation to cancel the invitation of Iranian officials to the award ceremony, in order to promote and protect peace, human rights, democracy and all the other values that Alfered Nobel believed in them.

خبر خوب امروز:

کمیته‌ی نوبل دعوت جمهوری اسلامی را پس گرفت.

هفته گذشته، اعلام خروج سفرای روسیه و بلاروس از طرف حزب نوبل، اما نه جمهوری اسلامی، انتقادهای زیادی را برانگیخت.
حالا بنیاد نوبل اعلام می‌کند که از سفیر جمهوری اسلامی استقبال نمی‌کند.
آن‌ها به Expressen می‌نویسند : «با توجه به وضعیت وخیم و در حال تشدید، ما تصمیم گرفتیم که سفیر جمهوری اسلامی نباید به مراسم جایزه نوبل دعوت شود .

و این نتیجه‌ی اتحاد صدای مطالبات و اعتراض ایرانیان خارج و داخل بود. بیش باد!

🔴 پرونده‌سازی امنیتی و اتهامات واهی علیه نیلوفر حامدی و الهه محمدی با صدور بیانیه مشترک وزارت اطلاعات و اطلاعات سپاه

نیلوفر حامدی، خبرنگاری که خبر بستری‌شدن مهسا امینی را برای اولین بار پخش کرد، روز ۳۰ شهریور بازداشت و به زندان اوین منتقل شد.

الهه محمدی نیز که برای تهیه‌ی گزارشی از مراسم خاکسپاری مهسا امینی به سقز سفر کرده بود، پس از احضار تلفنی در تاریخ ۷ مهر بازداشت شد.

به تازگی وزارت اطلاعات و اطلاعات سپاه جمهوری اسلامی برای این دو خبرنگار شجاع پرونده‌ی امنیتی ساخته و به جاسوسی برای آمریکا متهم کرده. با توجه به این اتهامات واهی امنیت جانی آن‌ها در خطر است.

نیلوفر حامدی و الهه محمدی، در راستای حرفه‌ی خبرنگاری خود، جز انعکاس حقیقت را در دست نداشتند و در جایگاه فعالین حقوق‌زنان با برجسته‌سازی ستم‌ و تبعیض‌های سیستماتیک، تحقق برابری و رهایی را طلب کردند. این دو زن آزاده جز انجام وظیفه‌ی حرفه‌ای که در جمهوری جهل و جنایت، جرم محسوب می‌شود؛ خطای دیگری نداشته‌اند. جرم آن‌ها شریف‌بودن است.

صدای آن‌ها که صدای مهسا بودند شویم و پرونده‌سازی‌های امنیتی علیه آنان را محکوم کرده و به گوش خبرگزاری‌های جهان برسانیم.

On September 16, Niloofar Hamedi, Iranian journalist, published the news of Mahsa Amini's hospitalization for the first time which led to her arrestment and imprisonment. The government of Iran has accused her of having committed espionage activities against the country and has announced false allegations against her. The same allegations are made against another journalist, Elahe Mohammadi, who was arrested on September 26 and consequently accused of being a trainee of espionage acts conducted by the USA government.

These allegations which are made against them can lead to their execution or other sentences which have occurred before regarding the imposed accusations of the government of Iran against journalists who have merely done what they are expected to do as journalists.

Regarding the fatal situation of these two journalists and many other activists in the field of media in Iran, your support could help save many lives threatened by the Islamic Regime of Iran.

Le 16 septembre, Niloofar Hamedi, journaliste iranienne, a publié pour la première fois la nouvelle de l'hospitalisation de Mahsa Amini qui a conduit à son arrestation et à son emprisonnement. Le gouvernement iranien l'a accusée d'avoir commis des activités d'espionnage contre le pays et a annoncé de fausses allégations contre elle. Les mêmes allégations sont portées contre une autre journaliste, Elahe Mohammadi, qui a été arrêtée le 26 septembre et par conséquent accusée d'être une stagiaire des actes d'espionnage menés par le gouvernement américain.

Ces allégations portées contre eux peuvent conduire à leur exécution ou à d'autres condamnations antérieures concernant les accusations portées par le gouvernement iranien contre des journalistes qui ont simplement fait ce qu'ils sont censés faire en tant que journalistes.

Concernant la situation fatale de ces deux journalistes et de nombreux autres militants dans le domaine des médias en Iran, votre soutien pourrait contribuer à sauver de nombreuses vies menacées par le régime islamique d'Iran.

Die iranische Regierung hat ihr Spionagetätigkeiten gegen das Land vorgeworfen und falsche Anschuldigungen gegen sie erhoben. Die gleichen Vorwürfe werden gegen einen anderen Journalisten, Elahe Mohammadi, erhoben, der am 26. September festgenommen und infolgedessen beschuldigt wurde, ein Praktikant für Spionageakte der US-Regierung zu sein.

Diese Anschuldigungen, die gegen sie erhoben werden, können zu ihrer Hinrichtung oder anderen Urteilen führen, die zuvor im Zusammenhang mit den auferlegten Anschuldigungen der iranischen Regierung gegen Journalisten verhängt wurden, die lediglich das getan haben, was von ihnen als Journalisten erwartet wird.

درخواست بررسی و پیگیری وضعیت اتهامات عباس دریس توسط نهادهای مربوطه و خبرگزاری‌ها

عباس دریس از بازماندگان کشتار نیزار توسط رژیم جمهوری اسلامی با اتهام محاربه به اعدام محکوم شده است.

او سه فرزند دارد و همسرش، کفایه حزباوی، وقتی پیگر پرونده عباس دریس شد و فهمید که احتمالا حکم همسرش اعدام است به خاطر حجم فشار روانی وارده دچار سکته مغزی شد و مدتی بعد فوت کرد.

حال در این بحبوحه این رژیم پست و حقیر سعی دارد حکم اعدام را تائید و اجرایی کند تا بتواند ترس را به دل یاران‌مان بیاندازد، اما نمی‌داند ما همه مهسا امینی هستیم. نیکا شاکرمی هستیم. عباس دریس هستیم. آرش صادقی هستیم. نمی‌داند ما غم‌مان را به خشم تبدیل کردیم، ترس‌مان را در دوردست‌ها چال کردیم و آماده رزم و ساختن آینده هستیم.

وقت آن است رژیم دیکتاتوری بداند که ما پشت هم هستیم و نمی‌گذاریم خون یکی دیگر از دوستان‌مان ریخته شود. واکنش‌ندادن به این موضوع یعنی اجازه دادن برای قدرت‌نمایی ظلم و تنهاگذاشتن عباس دریس.

صدای او باشیم که صدای حق بود.

A letter addressed to those whose duty is paying attention to the situation of the people living under the control of autocratic regimes.

In order to make a declaration on this letter, it is vital to refer  to November 2019, when the Iranian people objected to the government for a sudden increase in fuel prices.
In Mahshahr, one of the cities of Iran, the bloodthirsty regime committed a massacre and genocide of people with heavy military equipment. Despite the fact that people did not have any weapons, the Islamic Regime gave an implausible reason people were armed, which is nothing but a lie.

In the mentioned incident, one of the protesters, Abbas Deris, was arrested for being alive! The great dictator did not want any witnesses alive because they were no longer able to tell lies and distort the facts.
Abbas Deris tried to protect himself and his citizens who were escaping without any weapons being threatened a massacre known as Neyzar  done by the fully armed repressive force of the Islamic Regime. The repressive force shot innocent people with machine guns and other fatal weapons and killed them in the most heinous possible way. 
Fereshteh Tabanian, Abbas’s lawyer, has stated that this regime accused Abbas Deris of shooting and killing government agents, disturbing public order, and fighting against God. They condemned him to execution. After that Abbas's wife, Kefayeh Hizbani, tracked his case, the government informed her about the possibility that her husband may be executed. She was put under mental pressure that caused a stroke and death for her and a sad end for her and her family. In addition, the regime put pressure on Fereshteh Tabanian because of pursuing the case and trying to defend him against the false allegation. The three children of Abbas became lonely, more than the time when they had their mother with them, and their pure minds were influenced by the dictator’s crimes. 

At this moment, the government may do anything due to its fear of the younger people than Abbas Deris, who are in the streets all over Iran to state their opposition against this brutal regime. The regime may kill innocent and liberal people who are known to put fear in their hearts and drive people back to their homes.
Therefore, we, the people of Iran, ask anyone who has the power to do something for this man, Abbas Deris, to prevent the Islamic Regime from achieving its goal and killing more innocent people.
Please be our voice and help us.

بازتاب تعرض به جان و امنیت معترضان در فراسوی مرزها بسیار مهم و کلیدی است. جمهوری جنایت‌کار اسلامی با برنامه‌ریزی چنین عملیات تروریستی نشان داد نه تنها به آلمان و شهروندانش، بلکه به آزادی بیان هیچ یک از کشورهای جهان احترام نمی‌گذارد و مادامی که در قدرت است، هیچ‌کس در هیچ‌کجای جهان از جنایات و آسیب‌های این رژیم خونخوار در امان نیست. وقت آن رسیده که به همراه نمایندگان پارلمان آلمان به جهان نشان دهیم جمهوری اسلامی نه تنها مشکل ایرانیان که مشکل جهان انسان‌های آزاد است.

Dear representative,

I hope this email finds you well.
I would like to thank you for your supports of the Iranian protestors living in Germany. The freedom rally in Berlin on October 22nd has shown the huge number of our protestors to the world, and ongoing demonstrations in various cities every Saturday have shown consistency in our demands.

But now is the time to take the support to the next stage, because the Islamic Republic has seriously and openly brought danger into the borders of your safe country.

According to the “Iran international” news channel, a group of Iranians who were protesting in front of the embassy of the Islamic Republic in Berlin were attacked on the night of October 29th. The attackers were five people armed with knives and weapons who stabbed one of the protestors with a knife and then ran away. The German police declared they would find the attackers, after being on the scene and conducting the necessary investigations.

However, it is not just a matter of finding and punishing the attackers. The serious problem is that the Islamic Republic has simply allowed itself to create insecurity even within the borders of a European country and attack the citizens of this country.

We demand you to:
1- Strongly condemn this attack and the responsible.
2- End your normal cooperation and communication with the Islamic Republic regime and expel their ambassador.
3- Ensure the security of your citizens, especially the Iranian and non-Iranian protesters, whose actions have all been legal and with respect to the laws of Germany.
